DIY Dog Bath is dirty. Yes, I went to wash my two dogs (after a referral from a customer who bought food here). The bath area floors are very dirty. The tub surround walks are moldy. The shampoo and conditioner bottles have visible mold on them. The war Horses shampoo bottle nozzle wouldn't even open so I had to remove the cap and ended up using more shampoo than needed as I poured it into my hand. The sprayers are probably ok for a real big furry dog, but harsh on a small dog (and aren't adjustable). I didn't even use conditioner since this was just not a comfortable set up for my dogs nor me. As far as retail purchases, this looks like a good shop. Just not the baths. (If my dogs hadn't been so anxious to leave, I would have taken pictures for you.) read more

We have been buying dog food in this store since 2006 but I will not be going back. The women that work there are rude. One nearly had a nervous breakdown because she had to unlock the door a few minutes early on a Sunday when I ran by after church. There was already another customer inside. She made her displeasure known!! If you can't open the door with a smile and a good attitude, keep it locked!! And the one today was as snippy as could be when I tried to make conversation about a puppy she had with her. A pit bull if that tells you anything. It's so easy to order dog food now and have it delivered. They better be thankful ppl still drive to stores to get what they need. read more

I really appreciate how helpful the owner is! I have been in several times to ask about feeding recommendations and the owner always offered great advice. Also, he is very truthful, even when it meant losing a sale. I asked his advice on a harness and he suggested that that one wouldn't work as well as one he didn't have in stock. This is such a nice place if you want to wash your own dog! They also include towels, shampoo, conditioner, 2 different kinds of hair blowers, apron, large high tubs so it's easy on your back. I have a 50 pound standard poodle and she came out nice and clean for only $15!!!! Pet Source is a clean facility with a friendly staff. I'm visiting my family from out of town and was looking for a place to give my dog Rex a bath. The DIY dog wash is fairly priced and comes with everything you need to give your fur-baby a good cleaning. For dogs over 25 pounds you can expect to pay $15, and $10 for dogs 25 and below. Towels, aprons, wash rags, brushes, and a variety of shampoos are available and included with your rental. Complimentary treats are also available. Before opening his own store, he said he worked in the dog food industry in various potions for over 20 years.
