DEVON IS THE BEST GROOMER! we have been bringing our pups to her for the last 5 years- she is incredibly attentive and takes her time with anxious pups. Such a blessing. Came here after reading about the special care and attention given to doggies. Also-skin issues our Golden doodle was dealing (hot spots.) She describes in detail the care your dog receives skin-wise and grooming wise. We both cried when our big guy passed suddenly (Devon is family after all!) BUT she welcomed our newest fur baby-and we would not go anywhere else. After a bad experience with a nail trim at another local groomer-(that called to have us pick up in less than an hour)--I realized we needed much more care less rushing. Devon is an artist-just see her pupper posts-beautiful And her love of her doggies is GENUINE. She describes her work as her therapy. And be aware- quality does take time-sometimes approximations of pick up take a little longer. But our doggie enjoys playtime with other pups and the loving environment. Highly recommend. Would give 10 stars if I could. read more

Devon is amazing! My dog actually is happy for every grooming date. He won't even let me brush him and allows her to cut and even color his hair. read more

We had such an amazing experience with the team at Groomingdales! My son and I rescued a Yorkie in terrible shape recently, the team was able to squeeze our little guy in and make him feel right at home. They did such an amazing job! We will definitely be back. Thanks again! read more

The ladies here are amazing. Sharron did a beautiful job on my Lhasa Apso Lilly. The process of dropping her off and picking her up was also a breeze and I love the safety measures they are taking. Thanks so much ladies. You will be seeing Ms. Lilly again. read more

I am the original owner of this Pet Salon. Great location, tidy, well organized. I don't know if they still have the Do-It-Yourself dog wash but it was a big "hit" when I owned the shop. read more

Might be a good shop but impossible to get through. Left three messages and an email and never got a call back. Wanted to support a small local business but this place obviously is not able to meet the demand. Don't waste your time! read more

We had Devon as a groomer and she was fabulous! We have a 17 year old Maltese who's deaf, and she was returned to us looking perfect... clipped exactly as we requested., and right on time, too. Price was reasonable, we were very pleased and will definitely return. Thank you Devon! read more

My mother had a standing appointment with Amanda at Groomindales. The appt was for 10am. She arrived at 10:05 and was told he would be ready at 2pm. At 1:45 she called to see if he would be ready and was told because she was "so late" dropping him off that he would not be ready until 4pm. At 4 she goes in to pick him up and he was just being put on the table to begin grooming. Amanda was not there and had already left for the day. The poor girl that was doing the grooming had just gotten her grooming license and was doing the best she could. He had been in a cage since 10:05 with no water. They took over 6 hours to groom one dog. NO call from Amanda, the owner, at any point in the day to apologize for the delay or even give a heads up he was not going to be ready at the promised time. This was her 3rd trip and final attempt at giving this business and owner the benefit of the doubt. We will share our experiences with everyone we know and advise them to stay away, stay FAR away. read more

Amanda was so gentle with my dog when I brought him in for a bath. He normally flips out when he gets a bath and she took her time

They used to be great. Been going there for years and they were wonderful, competent, kind, respectful, professional. I went with two dogs for years every month and spent a ton of money and gave generous tips. They never charged extra on the very rare occasion when they had to do extra work. Now they lost my business. They gave my dogs fleas, they said the groomer who left was on drugs, they charged sixteen extra dollars and lost my business over greed, disrespect, poor grooming, unprofessionalism. The owner used to say she wished they had more customers like me and my dogs. They used to be the best. Now they are the worst. They were always over the top pleasant. Just the best. Not anymore. Sharon was actually insolent and disrespectful and left me standing at the counter for five minutes. She acted like it was hurting her to have my business. Business she will never have again. And I will tell everyone I know. Just horrible. Insulting, unprofessional, my dog left there in worse shape than when he arrived, flea ridden! read more

They do a great job grooming our min-schnauzer and even give us a "report card" to let us know how she was when she was there and how we are doing in caring for her! Love them! read more

I can't even explain what a small miracle they did in cutting my dogs nails. They made a usually traumatic event so stress-free. They were so loving and patient with my dog. And were just generally wonderful people. I can't recommend them enough. read more

This was my second time to groomindales and it will be my last. I made an appointment a couple weeks ago for a grooming. I brought my dog in at 8:30 and received a phone call at 1:30 telling me that they did not have time to groom my dog. All I heard from the lady at the front was excuses. I will never be back and I will definitely share my experience with others read more

Amanda loves the dogs and customers. When I brought my dog there I was scared on leaving him because he's never been left someone. And Amanda took great care of him like he was her own. She is a great groomer read more

Would not recommend. I took my dog in and ended up having to take her to the veterinarian the next day, she could not open her eyes. They had poured soap in her eyes and she needed antibiotics and pain medication. She was only 6 months. I called them several times and they would not return my calls. I decided to go in and and I asked to speak to the owner and was told she was in Florida and that she would call me. That never happened! read more
