If 0 stars were possible to give trust me, I would give NEGATIVE stars. I wanted to love this place because of the pricing and location close to my house. I thought it would work perfect for my dog and 2 cats. I started off with calling and making an appointment and the lady on the phone was really helpful (Sue I believe?) with what the standard procedure was, and they got me in the next week which was the only good thing about this place. (Basic Bath, Nail Trim, and Shave down from this heat) I showed up just 5 minuets early for his appointment and the groomer Janette was extremely rude. She acted like being 5 mins early was the biggest inconvenience of her life. With her rude comments I asked if she wants me to come back in 5 mins at the designated time, she rudely said no my dog will just wait in a kennel and she will call me when shes done. OK. After reading all these other yelp reviews previously i decided to have some faith and think she's probably just having a bad day. 5 hours later she calls me and let's me know my pup is ready for pick up (still clearly having a bad day) I come in so excited only to see my dog getting slapped on the nose by Janette. SERIOUSLY???? I was livid. My dog is older and not hyper what so ever.; What makes Janette think shes a dog trainer??? We payed her to be a GROOMER. She proceeded to tell me my dog has a ear infection and to get some product and it will help her and that there's a cut on the inside of her back leg and to get some ointment to clean it and it will be fine. Okay, I was a registered veterinary technician for 13 years. I do not need an uneducated in vet med groomers advice that legally the shop shouldn't even really allow her to give out?? Second, that cut was not there and is clearly from HER CLIPPERS. She denied cutting my dog, once I asked. So frustrated I paid and left right away to my vet office, who confirmed YES it's fresh from the past 3 hours and from a clipper blade. I called to speak to Janette to let her know and I was immediately hung up on. Janette is Shady and Low to cut my dog and try and deny it. This Pet Salon should really think about hiring more truthful people to work at their business. I'm so disappointed and upset with their actions, I will 100% be telling ALL my friends, family and neighbors about this Pet Salon and my experience here with them and how Janette injured my dog. read more

This place has five stars all across the board and if I could give them more stars I would. Dave is incredible. My dogs are comfortable around him and he makes them look good. But it's the kindess he has towards my dogs and also to me as a client that makes me return every time. We've been to other groomers and it feels very much like a business, in they go, out they go, give me money. This isn't the case here. Just like my children I just dont leave them with anyone. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place even before, but after we got our second dog, solidified that I wouldn't have to go any other groomer in the area anymore. Our second doggy we found her huddled in the trash, next to an abandoned building while I was photographing dilapidated buildings for my job. She was mangy looking, and she was obviously attacked at some point. We tried to wash her but her coat was so gnarly that the water just slid right off her. We called Dave but the shop was closed and he was in Redlands at the time. He said he would finish up what he was doing and come back and open it up. He of course had rules, pertaining to dogs in that condition, about her wounds, the state she was in, and checked her out and was able to take care of her.He gave us recommendations on vet places pertaining to her injuries, and even though she was overly cautious she was very good with him, he took the time to make sure she was calm, which took awhile, before taking her in to get cleaned. Usually pet groomers close fairly early after they are done. When he was finished night had come and stars were out. We are forever grateful for him and his actions that day. read more

I had my doggie groomed a couple of days ago and they did an AMAZING JOB!!! The older lady who works there was so nice, helpful and really knows what she is talking about. I had questions about what kind of haircut we could do on my doggie and some health questions as well and she was able to help and answer all the questions I had. I felt very comfortable leaving Dallas there, knowing that he would be in good hands. The price I paid for his grooming was the best I had ever paid. I have tried 3 places before and they either charge way too much and the haircut looks awful or they just simply do a horrible job. When I picked up Dallas he was happy, wagging his tail and looked AMAZING!!! I will never take my dog anywhere else, this is my groomer from now on. Dallas had a great haircut done and I saw some other doggies that were waiting to be picked up and they looked great and happy as well which is really important to me.This staff really knows what they are doing!!! I highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed!!! read more

I've been going to these ladies since my first pet.all these years later with my different tempered pets,they are the greatest.from an abused n traumatized cocker spaniel who bit them too my spoiled rotten Kimi,who screams n apparently needs a muzzle for her biting,she has referred to all of them,as,very good dogs.what can I say,they r first and foremost,dog people.they will take care of ur babies the way u would want them too.even better sometimes,with even more patience n understanding too.because pets are what they do.and I hope that she and Jeanette are always around to do the things that I just cannot do for my lil friends,but not because I haven't tried,trust me.they do it like that's what they were put here to do.to take good care of our pets.and they do the best .call them.or I know personally,they almost never turn away a walk in.no matter how unexpected.i know how lucky I am to know them,u will be too. read more

I called the Pet Salon on Wednesday morning and was able to bring my Mini Schnauzer in today, Thursday. Sue and Jeanette were friendly and very professional in the way they spoke to me and inquired about the grooming needs and requests. My puppy was overly shaggy and had knots in his fur. I let him grow out in the winter, so they had a lot to work with. They were very busy today, but each of the animals I watched them work with was treated gently and well. All of the dogs looked wonderful when they were done. The customers were very satisfied and happy with their dogs when they picked them up. I I am extremely happy with the staff and results their grooming. I have found my permanent groomers. Thank you Sue and Jeanette! read more

Not only are they the best price around they are also the best in quality and kindness! I love this place! I just picked up my dog Mercy with the cutest teddy bear cut ever! They are also the only place that would help my dogs after a horrible fire! They care about the animals and the customers like they are family! I thank God for the love they have shown my furry kids! We have been using this pet salon for years on our dog and we absolutely love what they do. If we ask for the usual, they deliver. If we ask for something specific to be done, they do what they have to do. We have had no problems with them when it comes to price and service. They're very nice when we walk through the door and our dog becomes extremely happy every time they groom him. There is nothing wrong with them and we personally love going there. I took my little yorky Tinkerbell in today to have her nails cut and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. I was there maybe 10 minuets and they just handled the job that has become impossible for me to do anymore because I'm afraid that I'll hurt Tink. I would tell everyone to bring your pet here for a wonderful experience and the cost was very impressive. I am very happy with the fur cut my poodle/Maltese puppy receives at Pet Salon. I have been taking my pup there for about 4 years. Sadie is a big cry baby. But they do a great job. Pet Salon is the best! I have been taking my poodle, Toby to them for 10 years. When I moved to Menifee 4 years ago I continued taking him, and our other dog,. Maggie. I took my 100lb long haired German Shepherd here. They did an absolutely amazing job bathing and trimming his hair. Got all the matted hair out and made him comfortable. He doesn't like his feet touched so they had me hold him and clipped his dew claws. Highly recommend this place. Great price too. read more

Ever since my neighbor recommended "The Pet Salon," on Wabash in Redlands, I've taken my little Maggie dog there. Sue is such a nice person who really cares about animals.
