I have used this business for many years for boarding our dog & cat while we traveled. I returned…read moreMonday after 10 days traveling and picked up our pets. My dog (9 year old Lab) and she has Kennel Cough. I call and complained about this situation. All I got was rude answers that I had signed a release, kennel cough precautions (like vet injections) don't work, etc. All excuses, but never did I hear an apology. Kennel cough is spread by dirty kennels, dirty water dishes and exposure to other dogs who have it. Bottom line is that I will find another place to board my pets when I travel. Their attitude really says they don't care!
