They were also very strict with all vaccinations. I forgot to send my husband with some of the copies and we had to quickly get them emailed over before they would let him enter - which is great! My dog passed his assessment and stayed here for seven days over Thanksgiving. The price was fair and when we picked him they gave us a little treat bag and report card. My dog seemed to love it and he was always chilling in the middle of the pack when they would post anything on Instagram. Downfalls: despite strict vaccination requirements my dog still got kennel cough. He recovered quickly and it wasn't anything severe, but still a bummer. He also had one or two scratches on him. I'd imagine he was playing rough and it wasnt anything serious since his report card was all positive, but it's still something I'll watch out for if he goes back.

The technician was kind to our pet, but I was surprised that no one initially checked our pet's temperature or assessed his condition based on his symptoms; we had to remind the staff to do so before we left. Dr. C made a poor initial impression with his curt demeanor. He seemed short and almost dismissive of our pet's situation. For instance, he did not introduce himself when he came in and after a brief greeting, he pointed to the table for our dog and began his assessment without allowing us to provide input. He was halfway out the door before he finally asked if we had any questions. However, It came off as more of a formality versus actually caring if we had any questions and addressing them. The initial interaction, lasting less than two minutes, felt rushed and impersonal, reflecting poor bedside manner. However, Dr. C significantly redeemed himself when he returned with the medications and was very polite and more attentive. Additionally, a gentleman named Alex was extremely kind and helpful, answering many of my questions and putting my mind at ease in the reception lobby. Overall, our experience mostly positive and if I had to point out any areas of improvement , it would be the overall bedside manners that the doctor provided with patients. With that being said, I would return.

The hair is uneven. They didn't do his front nails only his back paw for his nails and they cut him twice leaving two injuries. I called in to let them know and give them some feedback because I would like to give them a chance to correct the damage and complete the service. I spoke with the general manager who offered an apology and long explanations about how my dog's behavior were the reason behind the results that I got. I will not be going back here.

After going to our vet on Friday since our cat was having continuous seizures they said that they…read morehad never encountered it before and gave us antiseizure medicine and said that they would be closed and if seizures continued to happen to go to an emergency vet. Next morning our cat continued to have seizures every half hour we ended up arriving to Mountain View for an emergency vet visit. They took us in without an appointment and explained to us that the medicine our vet had given us takes days to build before we would even see results. They placed an iv in our sweet cat and helped put more medicine so we would see more results. We shared the blood results that we took the day before from our other vet and they noticed that our cat had higher calcium levels than normal. They informed us that it could be a sign to cancer and had us take another test to see more insight as to her calcium levels. Even with all they did the cost was less that our main vet. They really did help us and after taking her home she didn't have a seizure for 6 hours then turned to every other two hours. We issued medicine as directed to us. Though the nect morning her seizures started to increase we knew that even though the vet was able to buy us more time with our sweet girl her quality of life became into question. We had to make the hard decision of putting her down next day. We called our vet to schedule and they quoted us 500 dollars after calling Mountain View they said that it would only be 74. Goes to show that they care about you and not your money when your going through a hard time. We walked in and they brought us to a room with a comftersble couch and explained the whole process. They asked if we wanted to be in the room and gave us time to say our goodbyes. They came in with our girl we held her they began to administer the medicine putting her to peaceful sleep. After the process they gave us more time to say final goodbyes for her to take with her on the other side. The doctor was so kind and really helped us through. After deciding to taker her home they provide us with a box and packed her with so much respect. Even though it may not have turned out how we hoped this vet really helped us and gave us answers we needed. Throughout the whole process the vet team was informed, understanding and so kind throughout the entire process. They gave us and our pet respect the whole time.

Lots structures for dogs to play on. The dogs get a lot of interaction and exercise. While it took his paws some time to tough up to the hard surfaces, I appreciate that that means he's always fairly clean vs playing in dirt and gravel. They've been proactive about communicating any issues they notice on him, like his paw sensitivity which has since resolved itself. All of the employees seem to really enjoy being there and their jobs. I appreciate that they are open for pickup until 7pm! They also offer affordable upgrades for bath or pool time. I imagine this place wouldn't work out for people visiting SLC because you'd have to arrange a fecal test, vaccine paperwork, and a trial day before they'll schedule you. It's worth noting that they also don't allow unfixed/neutered dogs and since we waited 1.5 years, we weren't able to visit until more recently. The one thing I wish they had is crates to enforce some "calm down" time for our overly excitable pup.

My husband didn't know better and he just paid it without asking anything, he just wanted to get our girl and get out of there because he's a fairly shy non-confrontational guy. But since she was completed so late, I couldn't pick her up so he kindly took care of picking her up for me. No Regrets staff berated and shamed my husband about grooming her on top of that. She was still damp, no blow dry as we were charged. My dog spent the rest of the day hiding under my bed. It took her weeks to act like herself again. If anyone got loud or raised their hand near her, she cowered in fear. Something she had never done before in her six years. When I brought her in for the next appointment, she was so scared that she dug her heels and refused to go inside, she hid behind me, whimpering and peed herself. The very aggressive toothless (literally) Groomer cackled about it, and then proceeded to tell the client in front of me (as if I couldn't hear her) how she "really stuck it to the cis-gendered white guy" that brought her in last time. She went onto disparage all men, swearing and ranting for a good 30 minutes while glancing over and giving me a glare now and again, before they even checked us in. My dog was terrified! Absolutely reluctant for me to turn her over to their care!!! We just turned around and left. I'd heard and seen enough. Ever since that experience, she refuses to let anyone brush her...
