Awful vet almost cost my dog her life over money. He has no respect for women either, never looks up no eye contact. Treats people like shit that work for him to. When a former employee of mine asked him about a former co worker of his, he strait up lied and denied knowledge of her existence. She saved my dog's life, although I won't mention names, because we aren't getting into another whole can of worms. Back to this one, he should never of become a vet. He don't have compassion for animals. When confronted he canceled my dog's files. I've never been treated like shit by anyone in pet care until then. He was our vet for years, and I regret it. He got through my business for three years many referrals too. What hurts the most is when someone you trust betrays that trust. I do not recommend this vet clinic. The tech worker was rude, but later that day seeing how awful he treated her after I come back to pay my bill, never again. You don't do that in customers view. He also denied me, when I asked about internship for my vet assistant degree at Penn Foster back then. Seeing how he treats women badly the whole visit, don't care about animals only money, and talks to employees like trash, demanding her to do five things fast at once do this do this do that, and yelling scolding her, I'm thankful for that. I wouldn't work for such a crazy man anyhow. I got my dog a better vet. Dr Robert Lang, needs reported and his license revoked. Dr Rick Dietrich was our vet before him for 12 years here, and a year at Elyria Animal hospital, and he was the best vet we ever had. He was compassionate about animals, respectful to women, and his employees loved working for him. If he knew Dr Robert Lang better, and Spoke to Dr Mark at Amherst Animal hospital who Lang interned with three years prior to taking over this place, he'd never hired him and sold his vet clinic to this awful man. At Amherst Animal hospital, a vet tech Lisa, who is the owner of Mission Possible Animal Hospital in Medina County, worked with him during this internship he had, and Lang is afraid of dogs so he claims when he let a dog bite her and did nothing. I just took my dog there for the first time last week. I absolutely wish I would have chosen them as my vet years ago. I had taken my dog to a veterinary prior but still was not getting better from any medication given since April . First time there last week and they knew he had a bacterial skin infection and already doing so much better. All correct medications and such a great staff and Dr . Highly recommend them and my dog has given them the paws up !!! read more

Seemed like a good place but all the vet wants is money tried scheduling a 1100 surgery for a infected hair lol what a joke charged mme 175 for labs thinking he was gonna test the lump on my dogs neck all he did was check to see if she could have the 1100 dollar surgery tried calling and booking the next day... so i got a second opinion all we did was put antibiotic orpiment on the area and it completely disappeared read more

Terrible!!! I took my dog here for an injury today they worked me in right away which was good. They cauterized her ear and they bandaged it and they put a cone on her head. She was sedated so she laid on the floor all day long as soon as she got up And I got her to actually go outside just to stand there cause she still sedated. The bandage fell off her ear and she started bleeding all over the place so I called them and they said well you can bring her in tomorrow but we're going to charge you for re-bandaging the ear I said how can you charge me when you guys just bandaged her ear at 11 o'clock and didn't do it right after I paid over $700 when I came in this morning they said that's just what we do that's what it's gonna cost if you want it done. Pet Med Clinic was recommended to me by Micci at Safe Harbor Rescue. We got a golden doodle from Safe Harbor that had been spayed earlier and the clinic that spayed her didn't remove all her stitches. I took Emma dog into Pet Med, and even though they didn't perform the original procedure, they removed the long overdue stitches for me. They were so kind, I have definitely found my new vet!
