I first Googled this store & said nothing online about vet care but when I arrived a sign up front had the dates. As soon as i came in i was greeted and i asked about the vet plan and he gave me a brochure on it. (very appreciative) I originally came to redeem a manufacture coupon for cat litter, which they had in stock. The store was very organized and had such a large variety of...everything! All these great brands of dog treats, loved how they had a pick your own treat section and a self serve dog treat case in the front. I didnt see any mice run around like the last review said but there were a few bin/totes in the isle but who cares. The displays were very neat and organized such a variety of BRANDS of toys for cats, dogs, birds, & small furry pets. One thing i really appreciate was their wall of betta fish. I usually get depressed seeing them in filthy little cups, but here the water was clean and they all looked healthy and lively and even had oxygen tube to aerate the water. I picked up my free litter and a a bully stick for my dog. Decent prices for everything. I lastly checked out the cat food section and def had a lot to browse. I def will be a returning patron to this store. I don't like how it got such a poor rating so for my first visit 5 stars it is. Keep up the great service!,

On several occasions I have seen mice droppings and mice themselves in the store. I can no longer go to this branch. If they don't allow it in restaurants, they shouldn't allow it in a pet store where they sell pet food. Concord Pet is usually a nice chain. I went back to Concord Pet since I was in the area and it was convenient. The store looked much cleaner. Service is always friendly and they still have a nice selection. I stand by my original review and don't think mice droppings should be dismissed by other reviewers. Hopefully the store continues with their cleanliness.

I get to the store go and collect the items they canceled. I asked the cashier what was the reason and he was polite. He called over a heavy set white woman who immediately said, I guess your card didn't go through. Her condescending tone and nonchalant attitude was not needed. And my card was not the issue. She needs training on people skills and communication. I guess she's too lazy to walk outside for the curbside pickup.
