She worked her magic on both of my dogs, and let me tell you--one of them acts like he's training for the drama Olympics every time he gets groomed. But somehow, Madison had him calm, cool, and collected like it was no big deal. The other dog? Strutted out like he was headed to a VIP event. She was quick, efficient, and the cuts were chef's kiss--fluffy perfection! We're already booked for the next appointment because when you find a dog groomer this good, you don't let go. 10/10, would recommend to anyone who wants their pups looking fresh and fabulous!

Last year, out of curiosity, I tried my hand at a google search for mobile dog groomer's, not knowing if something like that would be available in my area. I submitted the requested information into a form on the website for Prada's Mobile Pet Salon - including pet's names, breeds, and desired services. Within 24 hours, I received an email from their team who set up an appointment for a date/time that fit my availability. A year later and I can happily say I still rely on Prada's for grooming my pups! Each associate that has come to the appointments has been very friendly to me, sweet to my dogs, and does an amazing job with the baths. Highly recommend their mobile services as it is a total game changer!

I'll start off with the basics: The groomer asked what I wanted with the groom and I was very…read moreclear. Don't do a full body hair cut under any circumstances, just a sanitary trim around the paws, ears and eyes. When I picked up my dog, they had shaved her underside, given her a full body cut and chopped off all her whiskers. If that were the only issue then I would walk away from this knowing that the groomers simply just don't know how to listen to what pet owners want. That was the least of my concerns. My dog has gone to the groomer every 4-6 weeks since she was adopted (that's 2 years of regular grooming and vet visits) and has never had any issues. This was my first visit to this groomer and they ripped off her entire toe nail. I had to take my dog to the vet and spend hundred of dollars on antibiotics and treatment for her toe, and she's now in a cone. When this occurred, rather than calling me or informing me as soon as I arrived, they charged me and flipped the screen around for a tip and took 10 minutes to bring out my dog and then told me what happened. They accused my dog of having a loose toe nail to begin with. No apology, no offer for anything, not even any acknowledgment that it could have been a result of their grooming practices. I guess in some scenario that could be possible. However, my dogs entire toe was covered in blood and a weird substance they used to stop the bleeding (didn't tell me what it was or what was in it or ask before applying it), so I'm not buying the "your dogs toe nail just fell off story." It seems like your staff was trying to absolve responsibility from themselves. Unfortunately, this groomer doesn't even do the due diligence of having clients sign a form acknowledging the potential of accidents like any other establishment I have been to that's worth anything, so I do in fact hold you fully responsible. I also asked my vet to describe a scenario in which a dog's nail would come off in its absolute entirety during grooming because I have never heard of that happening and was horrified. My vet said he had never heard of a dog's nail "just being loose and falling off." My vet said this would only occur if a dog was moving around and the groomer tried to force the service rather than stopping. That checks out to me, as one of the first things I said about my dog when I dropped her off is that she can be wiggly with her feet at first if she isn't able to inspect the tools that groomer is using and to just do the best you could. If she was too wiggly to have her nails safely cut, they should not have been touched. In that scenario, it is the groomer's responsibility to say they cannot safely do something at the moment and stop. I would rather my dog have overgrown nails any day than an entire missing one that will take months and months to grow back and requires soaking in antiseptics and antibiotics to avoid infection. I can trim nails at home. I cannot manufacture a new toe nail from the air. However, the staff insisted at the front that they had nothing to do with the accident and it must have been an issue with her whole nail to begin with. Perhaps the negligent staff here thinks they know more than a veterinarian. Perhaps they're delusional and genuinely believe it wasn't their fault. Perhaps they're just cruel to animals for people's money and then move on with their day. That's their business, not mine. But to the dog owners thinking of taking your dog here: Do not. Under any circumstances. They are irresponsible and they will hurt your pet and they will not own up to it.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE THE OWNER IS HORRIBLY CRUEL, HEARTLESS AND IRRESPONSIBLE! Too badly I can't…read moregive negative stars for this unprofessional, ran by a cruel and mean owner who clearly disrespects women. I wrote a review soon after I unfortunately chose this place to board my elderly shorkie who has a 6/6 heart murmur and GI issues when I had to fly across the country to see my mother who's battling lymphoma. I was late arriving to check my dog in prior to my flight due to work and was nearly ran off the road by a road rager and was upset for viable reasons. When I was beginning the check in process with who I later learned is the "Owner" of this dump, he told me "Look, you are all over the place I need you to forget whatever happened prior to now and check your dog in." This was so off-putting, rude and unprofessional and I wanted to leave and not board my dog. However, I was running late to get to the airport for my flight. My dog was super sick with a horrible cough she has not ever had, was extremely lethargic and not wanting to eat anything. I had to spend hundreds of dollars at the vet and spend countless hours trying to nurse her back to health. In fact, her vet diagnosed her as terminal and suspected her heart medication was not properly dispensed. During my dog's stay, while out of state caring for my ill mother, I tried calling daily to check on my dog and also struggled getting the camera that was "free" for first-time customers and the "Owner" was so rude upon check in when I asked how to access the camera, he explained so quickly and rudely I had to call to ask how to access. Immediately upon learning how sick my dog was, I called several times asking for information about my dog and whether she had symptoms while boarded. I repeatedly asked for the "Owner" to call me back and he never did. I then wrote the review. Immediately after posting the review, I received a text from the "Owner" and a phone call. He claimed he had my phone number wrong. He offered to help reimburse me some of the vet charges and begged me to remove the review stating he would continue to monitor my dog's health and my review would "ruin his small business". I refused to remove it and explained how rude he was upon check in and he made excuses but there is none. I told his employee what happened and what he said to me during check in and she was appalled and apologized profusely but then said he is the "Owner". As soon as I removed the review, he stopped responding to me, so I sent another text and he went off on me stating many rude things include my mom's cancer was not his problem. Beyond disgusting, heartless and mean and he stated I was supposed to keep him posted. It's taken me time to post this because of trying to help my mom best I can and it took months to restore my dog's health, and I am a single mom of two who just had 6 consecutive layoffs. The least he could have done was offer a partial refund but nope. I would not at all trust this cruel, rude and unprofessional man who clearly doesn't care about animals or people. My dog and all her belongings smelled terribly also. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!

Hi, she's overgrown hasn't been groomed for a couple months at least. She has prescription shampoo…read morethat needs to stay on up to 10 minutes if possible... lol she is 8 pounds to 10 pounds depending on how much hair she has on her. Her nails really need clipping and filing if you do that. Her ears need plucking, serious plucking, because that's what's really bugging her big time. She's really sensitive to her for her and, she tries to reach it with her back legs and can't and scratches herself instead. I'm sending you pictures of her current. The first picture is her current. I love her second photo. It's really easy to take care of also. I can brush right through it. I love the snow on her third picture and the last picture is basic just as is. It's easiest. The most important is getting their hair plucked out of her ears/not clipped. Because then it still itches her ears. Not the outside, but the inside. I know it hurts, but maybe you have a numbing solution you could put on for five minutes prior. And the other important thing is to get her nails, trimmed and filed and also two do her anal glands, brush her teeth, do a good trimming or shaving underneath. Bender highest most important is to leave the shampoo on 10 minutes, if possible. (null) have fibromyalgia and that's what caused her being over grown. She's been scratching that's what the medication is for or shampoo. There's certain days when I feel better than others and I know that tomorrow morning is going to be good for me, if you're available. She's really suffering and I feel awful for her. If mornings not available then anytime tomorrow. I need to get this done. Having an Autoimmune disorder really limits me to what I could do. Not just for her but for me, especially and it's extremely painful.
