Each time the service was done wrong, they would fill my already full skimmer right back into the tank and re pump the crap the skimmer had been collecting for the last three weeks. So much for a water change! The last time this happened, I called that evening to have someone call me. No call back, no response, nothing. Am I out of line here? But whenever I come in the store, I end up meandering my way into a full cart of stuff that I just had to have...that 10 minutes earlier I didn't even know existed. Lots of cool stuff here - even if you're not a cowboy! The staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable of their inventory. You can actually get thoughtful, coherent answers to questions, unlike the big box stores where employees either hide in the break room or refuse to make eye contact with any customers, lest they be asked a question.
