He offers more than reasonable rates, excellent flexibility (one of our cats was sick and he went out of his way to make sure she was given the appropriate medicine/food), dependability (even when we scheduled visits when he had t leave town he was able to get a coworker to cover for him), excellent customer service, and he's a natural when it comes to getting along with our girls! He even takes the time to take photos of your pets when visiting! If you're ever wanting to take a vacation and can't bring your pets, consider using Five Points Four Paws. It's significantly cheaper than a boarding home, your pets will be more comfortable in their own home, and you'll save a ton of money!

Before we ever agreed on anything he came by and met our girls and learned the ropes so that we and the cats would be comfortable with him. Mike has never had to tell us no and we really appreciate that. Even the holidays are wide open for him and it's such a relief. I can honestly say that I don't worry about my girls because "Uncle Mike" is gonna come by. The sheer number of different types of pet care he offers is what makes him stand out. Short visits, walks, sleep-overs, he does it all. We only utilize the short visits but if it ever was needed, Mike is the only guy I'd call. You also can't beat the price. We recently went on a week vacation and decided to come back a day early so we let Mike know he didn't need to drop by that day. Homeboy let the cost of the visit roll over to our next use. Considering he could have arranged other pet sitting during that time and thus could have easily made us pay the agreed upon price, he didn't. I was honestly shocked and it really went a long way with me. The bottom line is this: if you need someone to look after you pet while you are away for however long, Mike Sprayberry and his business is the answer. I can not recommend him enough!!!!

We have been taking our dog to Mutty Paws for some time for grooming…read more We have had decent experiences up until the last two which were bad. We are not risking a third. The groomer shaved her nipples off the last two times. She developed scabs and we told them about it after the first. But it happened again. A part of the pad on her foot was shaved off as well. She has been shaking, lethargic and extra sensitive to gentle touch. I called to let them know, they apologized over the phone, they said this never happens. But I can see now from other people's reviews similar carelessness and negligence has happened before. The manager asked for a third try to show they can do a good job. After giving them the benefit of the doubt once already and how hurt our dog is, we've lost our trust and won't be bringing her back.

If your care about your dog's well being think twice about boarding your pet at Muddy Paws in…read moreWatkinsville GA. I boarded my 14 year old Welsh Terrier at Muddy Paws for 5 days. Yesterday, the day I was supposed to pick her up, I received a text saying "Good Morning! We came in this morning to find that Bella had what looks like some pretty bloody diarrhea over night. She doesn't seem to be acting any differently but there's definitely a significant amount of blood. She did get get groome yesterday so that may have stressed her out some which could cause something like this. We have her on the schedule to be picked up today but wanted to go ahead and reach out considering how it looks. Let us know if you'd like us to do anything for her." I told Muddy Paws I couldn't pick her up immediately but called the vet and made an appointment to have them check her out. The only appointment they had was 2:30, but since Muddy Paws told me she was acting normally I wasn't too concerned. While I was waiting for them to bring Bella out, I asked how Bella behaved while she was there. The girl at the front desk said that Bella barked but otherwise was well behaved. The first thing I noticed was how badly groomed she was. Worst cut she has EVER had and not correct for the breed. Her coat felt dirty and she smelled dirty. As I was driving home it was obvious that Bella was larthegic and moving strangely. I took her to the vet immediately and they were kind enough to check her over early. She had lost 4 pounds (18% of her total weight) and was extremely dehydrated. The vet gave her both IV and subcutaneous fluilds. He ran blood work and found nothing obvious in the labs that would explain her symptoms. He asked that I pick her up before they closed so that we could watch her overnight and to bring her back tomorrow for more fluids because he did not want her to be alone. As I was leaving the vet, it was clear that Bella was still having trouble walking. Upon further inspection the vet determined that that the skin between Bella's toes was damaged due to prolonged contact with the bloody feces which he cleaned out from between her paws. I took Bella back up to Muddy Paws to explain the vets findings. The girl at the front desk stated that she had not worked during the time that Bella was boarded (interesting that she knew Bella barked if she wasn't on the premises) and had not worked there in two months. She went to get the manager. I once again angerly explained Bella's condition. During this conversation I stated that an adult male human could not lose 4 lbs of their body weight in a day much less a 22 lb dog. She clearly was not not eating or drinking and had been sick for longer than a day. I stated that someone should have notified me sooner so that I could get her the care she needed. The manager agreed that I should have been notified, but also said he had not been working until today as well. Later he admitted that she had been sick the day before but assured me they had immediately cleaned the cage. Which directly contradicted his statement that he had no knowledge of Bella being sick until the day I picked her up. I explained that they also needed to clean the feces off her feet (I paid to have her groomed which should have included shampooing her.) The manager said he had never heard that prolonged contact with feces could damage a dogs skin! She has recieved IV fluids for two days; she is on both a oral and topical antibiotics. All 4 paws are infected, and she is still has difficulty walking due to pain. Bottom line - they knew my dog was sick, and waited to notify me until until then day I was supposed to pick Bella. They endangered senior my dog's health and showed no ownership.
