They didn't offer us a tour of the facilities or give us a run down of how things work. Before I left I walked around the property and heard lots of dogs barking and howling, but saw a nice grassy area and assumed that my three dogs would be let out to play together. I called the next day to check on how it was going and finally asked some questions. The response was essentially that the dogs were being kept seperate, in a cement indoor outdoor run... Where they are expected to go to the bathroom as well. I immediately called some friends to go pick them up and plan on never going there again.

When I picked her up she was exhausted and I've never seen her worn out like that. But it was very good for her to get out of the house and enjoy time with other dogs! We recently went on a week vacation and decided to come back a day early so we let Mike know he didn't need to drop by that day. Homeboy let the cost of the visit roll over to our next use. Considering he could have arranged other pet sitting during that time and thus could have easily made us pay the agreed upon price, he didn't.
