During classes, Tina gently built a rapport with Luna (who was suspicious of everyone), and when we needed a dog-sitter we knew that Tina was the one. We were surprised that everytime Luna came back from dog-sitting with Tina, she appeared more confident and playful. I believe that this is the result of Tina carefully selecting playmates for Luna, and progressively challenging her with bigger, more energetic playmates as Luna was ready. Tina went above and beyond during our baby's arrival, providing crucial guidance in introducing Luna to our new baby. Her flexibility and care at that time were remarkable - even picking up Luna in the middle of the night during a home emergency. They didn't offer us a tour of the facilities or give us a run down of how things work. Before I left I walked around the property and heard lots of dogs barking and howling, but saw a nice grassy area and assumed that my three dogs would be let out to play together. I called the next day to check on how it was going and finally asked some questions. The response was essentially that the dogs were being kept seperate, in a cement indoor outdoor run... Where they are expected to go to the bathroom as well. I immediately called some friends to go pick them up and plan on never going there again.

When I picked her up she was exhausted and I've never seen her worn out like that. But it was very good for her to get out of the house and enjoy time with other dogs! We are also in the training class at Pawtropolis and we absolutely love it! We make sure to be attentive in class and work on the tasks at home as well. Her behaviors have tremendously improved! He even takes the time to take photos of your pets when visiting! If you're ever wanting to take a vacation and can't bring your pets, consider using Five Points Four Paws. It's significantly cheaper than a boarding home, your pets will be more comfortable in their own home, and you'll save a ton of money!

I can honestly say that I don't worry about my girls because "Uncle Mike" is gonna come by. The sheer number of different types of pet care he offers is what makes him stand out. Short visits, walks, sleep-overs, he does it all. We only utilize the short visits but if it ever was needed, Mike is the only guy I'd call. You also can't beat the price. We recently went on a week vacation and decided to come back a day early so we let Mike know he didn't need to drop by that day. Homeboy let the cost of the visit roll over to our next use. Considering he could have arranged other pet sitting during that time and thus could have easily made us pay the agreed upon price, he didn't. I was honestly shocked and it really went a long way with me. The bottom line is this: if you need someone to look after you pet while you are away for however long, Mike Sprayberry and his business is the answer. I can not recommend him enough!!!!

I was told that if a dog gets rowdy they put it in a 15 minute time out, and with three times outs they're kenneled for the remainder of the day. That seemed logical and acceptable to me. On his first day there I was told he got a little rowdy (which is not unusual for a Boxer) and had a 15 minute time out. Ok; fine, that's acceptable. When I picked him up on the second day I was told he had not had a time out and was very sweet. I called back later in the week to schedule two days for the week of 08/10-08/14. I asked if Mutty Paws has cameras as I was interested in watching my dog play and interact with the other dogs. The link was texted to me. My husband and I downloaded the link. Today, 08/11/26 I took my dog back and arrived at 10:30am. We watched him play until 11:17am - basically 40 minutes from the time I arrived with him to stay the day. Apparently he got rowdy and we watched him being led out by his collar to what I was told would be a 15 minute time out. Again; acceptable. My husband continued to watch the feed waiting on our dog to return to the group. At approximately 12pm, my husband called to say that our dog had still not returned to the play group. That is 40 minutes he was missing from any camera. At 12:10pm he had still not been returned to the play group. I drove back to Mutty Paws and asked if perhaps there were play areas without cameras. I was told, no, but that sometimes the cameras didn't show the entire view if dogs were in corners, etc. By now the time is 12:45 and still no sign of my dog on a camera. By this point, I told the girl at the reception desk that my dog had not been seen for approximately 90 minutes and told her to take me to where my dog was. Another girl at the reception desk left the area and came back with the information that Xander was still in time out, in the kennel. The girl that had initially told me about the 3 time outs replied that perhaps he had been rowdy and was put in time out again. Let me remind you that he had only been there 40 minutes when he was taken to time out at 11:17 and had not been returned to the play area after 15 minutes. He had not been returned to the play area in 90 minutes. I told her that there was no way he could have gotten into trouble 3 times (which meant all day kennel) in the 2 hours he had been there. Whether or not he would have been allowed to return to the play group is unknown as I told her I wanted my dog, to pay the fee, and to remove him from their roster. How do I know that he wasn't left in the kennel the first day after the supposed 15 minute time out. I don't!... which is obviously of concern to me after what happened today (08/11/26. My dog will not be returning to Mutty Paws only to be left in a kennel all day. That is definitely NOT what I signed up for. My only regret regarding watching the play area today is that I did not record the time Xander was missing. Cheryl Mauney I need time emphasize that Xander is in no way aggressive. He just wants to love on people and be loved. Being a Boxer, he is bouncy and sometimes get excited.... but he should never have been subjected to a 90 minute time out after only being there 40 minutes.

The groomer shaved her nipples off the last two times. She developed scabs and we told them about it after the first. But it happened again. A part of the pad on her foot was shaved off as well. She has been shaking, lethargic and extra sensitive to gentle touch. I called to let them know, they apologized over the phone, they said this never happens. But I can see now from other people's reviews similar carelessness and negligence has happened before. The manager asked for a third try to show they can do a good job. After giving them the benefit of the doubt once already and how hurt our dog is, we've lost our trust and won't be bringing her back.
