The doctor then called me and said he was concerned about my cat's health and wanted to do more blood work. He scared me into submission. They charged me over 300.00 for the extra blood work. When the results came back, turns out my cat is 100% healthy. It cost over 800.00 to find out my cat is healthy. When I asked to speak to a doctor about the bill, they started making excuses why a doctor couldn't speak with me. They said they would have one call me Monday. Never happened. Very unprofessional and dishonest. Do not use this clinic.

Now they are charging us an additional $300 to treat a dog that is obviously sick from whatever she was exposed to at Banfield. Shame on you Banfield. You're losing a long time customer.
