We also had other issues with the company and when it kept happening I finally decided to terminate them. If for some reason they cannot make it then we are given a heads up and they rescheduled it. I also like the fact that the person who does the scooping of our yard notifies us that he's at our house and makes sure the dogs are inside. He does a great job with scooping up all the poop. All in all I am very pleased with the service and I would highly recommend them.
