We've had Tammy as our cat sitter for several vacations now. We returned back from our most recent…read moretrip to find the litterbox full of clumps and poo, enough to indicate it had not been scooped for at least 3 days. She had been indicating to us every day by email that she had been scooping. When we confronted Tammy about this, she said she was going to clean the box (and do other smaller tasks that were left undone) on her last day, which she mistakenly thought was the day after we were scheduled to return. She offered us future sits for free, but when we responded by asking her if she would do these tasks daily for future sits, she did not respond. Why would I want her to come, even for free, if I can't trust her? Remember, the only reason we found out she wasn't doing the job every day is because she didn't take her opportunity to cover her tracks. Has this been how she sat for our cats in past trips? Did she give my cat his medicine each day? I'll never know, I guess. When we reached out to the owner to express our disappointment and ask for a change of sitter, Christine blamed us for her employee's scheduling error and said she doesn't have any other sitters in our area. She didn't seem bothered by her employee failing to scoop daily and lying about it. If you're only hiring a sitter to give your pet companionship, Tammy may be fine, but if you need someone honest you can trust, I'd look elsewhere. Also, based on the owner's response, this probably applies to their other sitters as well.

I've continued to have wonderful experiences here over the past several years. I have a pet who is…read morerather nervous, and they treated him with care, allowing him to find his comfortable spot in the office and letting him take his time to adjust and allow them to care for him (as much as possible). My other cat is easier, and when dealing with a recent issue, staff once again treated her with care and explained everything to me, offering suggestions and explaining everything along the way. Costs were kept as low as possible, but tests and meds were needed. They made sure I was aware and ready for it. Just an absolutely phenomenal group there, and my little left purring away in relaxation.

I would've rated this clinic 5 stars back in 2018 all the way up to 2023 or so. Their…read moreprofessionalism, follow through, and reliability have declined steadily since then. My cat's vet (Dr. S) left recently, and I think that has been the worst decline I've seen so far. His new vet made a joke about putting me on SSRIs to help me deal with my cat's conditions, for example. I can't seem to get prescriptions filled or approved in a timely manner. They refuse to let me fill anything at Chewy anymore, making the excuse that the dosing from Chewy would make it harder to adjust his meds... we have never adjusted his meds without a full (and very expensive) exam. And now today, I'm sitting here waiting to hear from them about my cat's meds. He's been out because they were delayed in shipping. I was promised I would receive a call yesterday morning at the latest. I still haven't heard from them. I see plenty of positive reviews about dogs, so maybe bring your dog there. Sadly, they don't seem to care about my cat. After speaking with Brittany, their office manager, earlier today and bringing these concerns to her attention, she informed me that she had only called to confirm my phone number and then sent me an email "ending the veterinary-client relationship". Apparently this person is the manager of multiple clinics, so it seems that her attention must be spread a little thin because I had already informed her of the issue with the other vet. Clearly they didn't investigate it, so now the Louisiana Board of Veterinary Medicine will.

First, the vet Dr. Jessica O'Neil is exceptionally good, took care of my old dog's eye problem. It…read morewas an intricate eye surgery for a 13+ old 100 lb lab and she did an awesome job. However be aware that this hospital makes it exceptionally hard to get prescription drugs unless you are buying from their own online pharmacy. It is their policy that they wont email prescription to any other rx (be it chewy, amazon or allivet), like other vets do. Customer has to get a physical copy and physically mail this original (the customer scanned copy wont be accepted at any pharmacy), never mind the delay. They do not have a fax machine either. If you however buy from their online pharmacy it is extremely straight-forward. Essentially this is coercive. But the vet was really good, so we are sticking it out for my dogs for now. Their pharmacy prices mostly competitive but some are cheaper elsewhere.

Do not go to this vet! We brought both of our dogs here for a check up. We were told one had cancer…read moreand that it had spread. And the other had an ear infection. After discovering we did not have ear drops at home we called back to see if we could get some and they told us that we'd have to pay for another visit even though our dog was JUST there. This vet money gouges. We called a separate time to see if the vet offered services to come to our home to put our dog down and they were so rude, told us no and when we asked if they could help us find someone that does do this or if they knew of anyone - they rudely told us "no" and "good luck" and hung up. We won't return!
