They took care of his nails thank goodness! They were very kind. It didn't seem like he had a stressful time at all and I and I don't think the groomer did either so that's good. From the initial phone call on booking their appt to the pick up and reasonably priced too. We have an 11 yr old Pitbull and a 3 yr old Pitsky. Our girls hadn't been to a groomers for almost 2 years unfortunately, so their nails were very long. We were told to bring in their current rabies vaccine card, which was fine. Both of our girls were so happy to have been taken care of and seem to have really enjoyed being there. We couldn't get a picture of them together afterward because Sierra, our Pitsky is so hyper sometimes lol. Sadie, our old lady Pitbull had an extra pep in her step after her session and you see her enjoying the ride home in the picture below. We will definitely be going back in the next month!

I love how they have a prayer box ,if you're in need of prayer, so they don't only meet the Pets, but also the owner with any Prayer needs they may have. I will definitely keep coming here. I pray their business does super well. They're very friendly kind and my furry babies always have the best haircuts I have two Yorkies.

Whiskers to Tails did a wonderful job…read more I decided to come to them after a few bad previous experiences with my normal groomer @ Coventry Pet resort. Kaley was really kind when setting up the appointment on the phone & in reminding me about my dog's appointment. Additionally, when dropping our dog off we told them last minute that our dog had some skin/allergy problems, and they were super kind/understanding about it, and gave her a medicated bath. Our dog has a lot of anxiety and isn't the best behaved sometimes, but Whiskers to Tails did an AMAZING job! They've definitely got a new customer in me and my dogs.

Hi. It's Bears and Chopper. Yes... those Bears and Chopper…read more We're here to say Mark and Janet are the BEST. Chopper here -- I'm the seasoned gentleman of the house. I've got a few sensitive spots, and these two are always incredibly gentle with me. They know exactly where to avoid, take their time, and make the whole experience calm and pain-free. I feel safe, which is kind of a big deal at my age. Bears checking in -- I'm young, fierce, and full of opinions (LOL). Doesn't matter. Mark and Janet handle me like total pros. Cool, confident, and unfazed. And here's the real magic -- since it's mobile grooming, we never even feel like we leave the house. No stressful car rides, no strange places, no chaos. We're home the whole time, which makes everything way more relaxed and stress-free for both of us. We come back inside with trimmed nails, clean cuts, and smelling AMAZING. Then we spend the next few weeks strutting around the house like we know we look good, showing off our sleek new haircuts. Huge thanks to Mark and Janet for taking such amazing care of us. Two paws up -- highly recommended. Bears & Chopper

So, I was going to leave a fairly positive review. They came to my house, I liked the way my dogs…read morelooked when they came out, and the price was fair ($85 each). I immediately noticed one of my dogs fussing around his abdomen. He had a cut with a tiny flap off skin hanging off. I showed them before they left and they put some powder on it. It is now four days later and the wound is not healed. My dog is clearly in pain. I told them I was going to the vet and asked if they would at least refund me for just the one trim. They replied that they do not give refunds and to try some Neosporin. I informed them that the vet exam was $110 and that depending on the cost of any medication or further work, I would sue them in small claims. They are convenient, but they do not care much after they get paid. I would not recommend this business at all.

I honestly can't say enough good things about this pet grooming shop. The ladies I've met who work…read morehere are very friendly, and do their best to make sure my dog is well taken care of while she is with them. Most recently, I had to leave my pup with them a little longer than I normally would have due to my having a doctor appointment nearby, and she was done right as I was done, and happy as could be. My girl is pretty much all white, with a thick, course double coat, and had managed to end up hiding some fleas in there, unbeknownst to me, which were treated while she was there, and an oatmeal bath added to help soothe some spots that looked tender. She even came out with a pretty pink bandana... and some recommendations for flea treatments that are actually working this year! We don't take Stella to the pros all that often, because our place has a dog spa available for our use, but when we do opt to bring her in, we drive almost 30 miles, from North Fontana, all the way to Mentone, because we appreciate the service provided so much.
