So, I was going to leave a fairly positive review. They came to my house, I liked the way my dogs…read morelooked when they came out, and the price was fair ($85 each). I immediately noticed one of my dogs fussing around his abdomen. He had a cut with a tiny flap off skin hanging off. I showed them before they left and they put some powder on it. It is now four days later and the wound is not healed. My dog is clearly in pain. I told them I was going to the vet and asked if they would at least refund me for just the one trim. They replied that they do not give refunds and to try some Neosporin. I informed them that the vet exam was $110 and that depending on the cost of any medication or further work, I would sue them in small claims. They are convenient, but they do not care much after they get paid. I would not recommend this business at all.
