The pest control office has never had a problem reaching me. About a week ago I walk outside and see their truck so I went over to say hello. The man in the truck said he wasn't there to say hello he was coming to remove my termite bait traps. I was shocked. He said they had been trying to call me for my renewal but I was avoiding them so they were there to remove my traps. Wow. They have reached me every quarter for a few years and charged my credit card every time without problem. But for some reason they couldn't reach me for termite. Not true. The owner Steve was so rude. Now I have purchased my own traps so as they pick up their trap I will drop the same plastic trap back in its place. In other words if this happens to you, go online and buy your own very inexpensive traps. Pretty crazy.

I called 3 companies prior to this one, only to be told, that the earliest they could come out, was tomorrow! Well, I kept dialing, determined to get help today, and lo and behold, Andrew called and said he would be here 3-5 pm. He was here at 2:45 and didn't leave till he was able to find the culprit, being a dead rat in my attic!!! He checked everything up, down and literally all around, including underneath my house which wasn't pretty! I could go on for days about the work ethic, and admirable character of this young man, but I think you get the message...... AWESOME, SIMPLY AWESOME And the price was so affordable. I really believe the Lord heard my prayer and sent me my guardian angel Andrew! It was the most delightful and professional encounter I have had in many years. By the time he addressed my situation, solved my problem, and put a plan in place to prevent this from happening again, I felt like I made a new friend. He is a wonderful young Christian family man and a true servant of the Lord! I will never use or recommend anyone ever again EXCEPT NOLA PEST CONTROL!!! Tank you Andrew for a job well done

Didn't respect the terms of the contract. We inherited contract from previous owners and it says…read morethat it covers specific conditions and treatments. There is a scattering of highlighted text throughout the contract, and Audobon Pest says oh the highlight is what is covered, but that makes no sense because essential parts of the contract are not highlighted and no where does it say in writing that the highlight has a meaning. Ok but the worst is actually that they are non-responsive. The exact same thing has happened twice: call main number, the nice lady is unable to answer any question, just says to call Eric. Call Eric, re-explain the question, he says he will come over on __ date. Never shows, never calls. Just use a different company, this is a trainwreck.

So far, so great! I stumbled across this small business after about 2 years of not using any pest…read morecontrol because I wasn't very satisfied with our last choice. Living in New Orleans, you know pest control is an absolute must! I was going to pull my hair out if I saw one more spider and you know N.O. loves a good wood roach! I'm from the country and had never seen so many roaches until I moved here (LOL). Me and my little were running from critters far more than usual and I was fed up. One of the FB mommy groups I'm in mentioned J&C after looking for recommendations. I called and set up the first appointment, which was very smooth. They are small, so expect any interaction to feel very personable and pleasant. You aren't stuck in any contracts and can call them whenever. Prices are very reasonable and it's super easy to pay your tab on their website once you set up an account! Chad was the nicest both on the phone and in person. When I asked my boyfriend how he liked him he said "I love him, really great guy!" so, to work with a great guy and get great service, I'd call that a win! It's been 2 or 3 weeks and I haven't seen anything so whatever he did is working. The 1 bug we did see croaked as soon as it made it into the house! I'm super grateful and will continue working with them as long as we love it! I hope this small business continues to thrive!!

I…read morelearned the hard way that even if you don't have any pets it is easy for fleas to latch onto your clothing while you're out and about. I woke up one day thinking I had mosquito bites but as time progressed I realized this was a bigger issue. I was freaking out to be honest because I was scared it was the "B' word-- bed bugs. After checking my bed and everything else I was able to cross that option off the list. I was dumbfounded and wasn't sure what else it could be. Once I gave a call to DA Exterminating, I received a call within an hour from their technician Rodney. Rodney was so informative and honestly had my well being top of mind. He mentioned to me there was an assessment fee (that is applied to their use of services) to go in-person and see what was happening; however, if I had any pictures he would be able to decipher what my issue was. I mentioned how I discovered a few pesky bugs that would jump and he asked if I had bites solely on my ankles and legs. Once I confirmed he was able to confirm it was indeed fleas. Pricing was more than fair as they only charged $125 for my one bedroom shotgun-esque place. We confirmed a date/time via text and he arrived within two days. Rodney sent over a few details on what needed to be done ahead of time including removing all stuff off the floor, clearing floors of the closets, and vacuuming everything down. The day of, Rodney arrived with all the equipment and immediately went to work. I waited outside since it was some intense emissions. He was wearing a gas mask and all. Was instructed to not come inside or else I'd slip on my ass. I chuckled at the various stories he told me, but he said to give it about 3-4 hours before I went back in. Happy to report that I have not had any issues since that day! They even offered a two week grace period to come back and re-do it if after 14 days there were still bites. BEST $125 I HAVE EVER SPENT. ***Don't waste money trying to take care of a bed bug/flea issue yourself. I wasted $50 and it was a waste of money and time from products I got at Home Depot. The commercial grade stuff is the only thing that'll work.***
