My AC unit went out on a Monday last week and that Tuesday morning at 8:00 am there was a crew at my house installing a complete AC unit with furnace. They also sprayed in insulation in my attic and installed a solar fan in the attic in one day. The (4) techs and mechanics he had on the job knew exactly what needed to be done and worked together in getting me AC that night. It is this kind of company that takes care of the customer and will keep that customer. Thanks again to Ed and his crew for a fantastic job.

Over the past 18 years, I have called on this company at least two other times. After having to use one of their competitors once because they were pretty busy, I learned just how much of a blessing it is to deal with a company that does business with the highest degree of honesty and integrity. Next time I will wait days if I have to but will only do business with these guys. I'm happy to report that even after the business was passed on to his son, their honest approach has continued. Last week I had a problem. Mr. Dale's son insisted I do one final check on the regulator. A short tap removed the debris and everything started working as normal. It saved us at least a couple hundred dollars or whatever we might have fallen prey to from a shady competitor. I'm proud to know these folks and count it a blessing to have their contact info locked in my mobile.

I found Elite Pest and Termite Services and called to check if they would be available to come out and take care of the termites. They came out to check my "problem" very quickly. I figured it may take several weeks but it did not. Cody was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and even explained what kind of termites they were and how they were able to cause destruction. I am a retired science teacher and enjoyed the explanations. The other young men that worked with Cody were also quite knowledgeable. When they came and finished the job they were very thorough, and did an outstanding job. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone, you could not go wrong with this team of hardworking dedicated young men. They are EXCELLENT !

Shawn was on time and through. He showed us all the problem areas revealing several areas of the house and garage. Plan of action was to treat the entire area via trenching method, and drilling along a couple of places that had concrete along the house. Appt date was set, and they showed up on time with qualified technicians. They were efficient and disrupted the lawn around the house minimally. The price for the entire service was way less than we anticipated. The entire process was done quick, though, and I highly recommend this company.
