They advertise a 14-day free re-spray guarantee, which we have tried, and it still does not solve the problem. The final straw was trying to cancel today. I was told I would have to pay $300 to cancel early because of an "18-month contract." I never signed an 18-month contract -- only a 12-month agreement. This was never clearly disclosed and feels extremely deceptive. Between paying monthly without service, ineffective treatments, and surprise cancellation fees, this company feels like a complete scam. I would not recommend Greenix to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere.
