I called and they rescheduled for 5/27 (I was willing to give them one more chance to show up) with confirmation email and voicemail. 5/27 rolls around and somehow I have disappeared from the schedule for that day and have been scheduled for 6/5--NO! We pay $89 a month for Greenix pest control, yet no one has come out in the last 3 months. I understand it's winter, but if no service is being provided, why am I still being charged? During the summer, when they do come out, they claim to "spray for pests," yet we still see mosquitoes, spiders, and other insects around our home. They advertise a 14-day free re-spray guarantee, which we have tried, and it still does not solve the problem. The final straw was trying to cancel today. I was told I would have to pay $300 to cancel early because of an "18-month contract." I never signed an 18-month contract -- only a 12-month agreement. This was never clearly disclosed and feels extremely deceptive. Between paying monthly without service, ineffective treatments, and surprise cancellation fees, this company feels like a complete scam. I would not recommend Greenix to anyone. These folks came to my home yesterday for a sales pitch. I politely declined once, I nicely declined a second time, the salesman then offered to comeback when my spouse was home. One thing about me and 2 things for certain, I never need back up - if it's a no, it's a no. The 3rd time I was quite firm with the no and they left in a huff. Not without calling me "bruh" first .... I could have went there cuz it it's up ... it's really up. I just closed the door and reclaimed my day. Even if I needed the service they provide, I wouldn't use them. You only get one time to make a first impression. read more

A salesman came to our home and offered a one time service, which we agreed to. However, he signed us up for a monthly $100 service with an 18 month contract. He used a bogus email and phone number, so we never received any of the contracts. As soon as we saw the monthly charge, we tried to cancel the service. We could not reach anyone local and had to call their corporate number, where I was told to call an attorney and take it to court. The document was signed and it was our responsibility to prove it was forged. They agreed to send me the signed documents, and it is a squiggly line--not our signature. They did cancel it, but now want to charge us an additional $389. I talked to two "account managers" and completed a feedback survey asking for a callback...I'm still waiting. My advice--shut the door and don't talk to them. read more

Technicians are always friendly and communicate arrivals, what they see, and ask if there are any issues. Services are billed monthly to make it reasonable, and service is generally quarterly but if you have an issue they get someone out right away! read more

This company will NOT LEAVE when asked. They are pushy as can be. They have been asked MULTIPLE times to leave our neighborhood. We have called the police. We have called their corporate headquarters and we're assured they would not be back. "The payments will be $49 and we will come out every quarter (4 times annually)". I was duped - I assumed that would be the price per visit. Nope, they bill $49 per month for a total of $882!! Who do they have training their sales force!!?? "The Deceiver." As for the service, that's just as poor. 2 weeks later we have the same spider issues we had the day they came out and treated. The service tech assured me that if we had problems and we called they would have someone out the same day. Nope - that's not the case either. Monday 6/13/2022 A greenix salesman came to my house. I was at work and so this person spoke to my wife. He wanted us to purchase their extermination package. He went through the entire sales pitch and my wife stated that she need to speak to me. So she called me and put me on speaker so that I could talk to the salesman. He was a bit forceful but not overly so. Nothing that I could not handle. I did not like the quoted price, nor the sales pitch, and I also told him that I had looked at reviews for Greenix in the past and didn't much care for them. He stated the A+ rating at BBB ( please read some of the complaints) and he claimed there was a 4.5 on google ( I am not seeing 4.5). I told him that I needed to discuss whether to get their service, with my wife. He stated that he was going to talk to some of my neighbors and he would be back. My wife and I agreed that we would not get the service. He was back in less than 5 minutes. My wife gave him the phone and I was firm and polite but stern. We did not want the service. He tried for a few more minutes before, supposedly, accepting that he was not going to get this sale. after the call was ended my wife called me back and stated that after the previous call ( where I told him no thank you)had ended the salesman tried to get my wife to pay for the service...EVEN AFTER HE WAS TOLD NO WE DID NOT WANT THEIR SERVICE....Even to the point of asking her " you don't have $30 not even a credit card?" . After my wife told him that her and I are being very careful with our cards he finally left. When I got home I called Greenix and spoke to Keatin(SP?) and told him what had happened. I told him that Greenix will NEVER be allowed on my property. Greenix was to NEVER send a salesman to my door ( You can get my address from the salesman). And that I would NEVER give Greenix any of my business. All this because this salesman attempted to go behind my back and get my wife to sign a contract. The showed me disrespect and it showed my wife even more disrespect. HER and I made this decision together. I also told Greenix that I would be posting this on every review site I could find. Fort Wayne, indiana. salesman 9:15 at night. very aggressive. berated me for not being able to make a decision without my husband. wanted me to get him on phone right then. told him I never make a decision without researching the company. asked my name and I'm sure he went to to the neighbors and used my name to say I was a customer because that's what he did to me. this company is training their employees to push homeowners until they are very uncomfortable. if this is how this company operates, I say steer clear, they are not trustworthy and I'm still feeling very nervous from our encounter. read more
