On the phone I was told the first visit was $260 and then it would be $39 each time they came out after that; was told they came out QUARTERLY. Initial visit went well, the agent was kind and listened to our concerns and checked out our problem areas. We didn't see any more spiders. My rating is missing stars due to the fact that communication with this company is terrible! I was being charged monthly $39/mo, the first time I noticed the charge, no one had even come out to spray (I work from home). I guess they come out monthly which is not what I was told by the phone agent when getting a quote, this drastically increased the overall cost. They don't let us know before they come out. I never received a bill, contract, or email receipt until today. I couldn't even log in to my account online because I was never given my account #. Today an agent actually left us a paper invoice and I was able to cancel service. Again when I explained the error in communication, the phone agent who cancelled my service explained the payment and amount of time they come out differently. STEER CLEAR! And if you have to use them, GET A PAPER CONTRACT AND ACCOUNT NUMBER AT THE FIRST VISIT.

Furthermore, their "satisfaction guarantee" is completely meaningless. Technicians routinely failed to show up during their scheduled windows. Despite paying them, our rodent and bug issues were never resolved. My husband ultimately had to go to Walmart to buy DIY products just to get the situation under control. We will never use Orkin again. Save your money and find a company that actually delivers on its promises.

Truly False advertisement, my wife have had them for 5 years, before we called to cancel our Terrible Service. They ask for a second chance, my wife informed them this would be their 3rd & final chance. They said they would get a Supervisor to call us, come out to fix the problem. They never called that day, or Ever! Now the reason we Fired them....they charged us 80.00 every other month, to spray inside outside the house. When they first started, besides spraying, they cleaned & sprayed for spiders, other bugs, spent about 30 minutes at our house.But about the last six months or so, they were here for 10 minutes tops. We had a Ant problem, ( ants from last time sprayed, 2 months ago) called them, the guy said he was busy but would try to make it out. Our regular schedule time was 3 weeks out. He never showed up till our regular monthly appointment. 10 minutes he was gone, Ants still a problem. I wouldn't use Orkin At All Ever Again.
