This place is blessed with fresh baking over clay kebabs which marinated orange sauces and stuffed with herbs and spices. They have other dishes in form of curries as well. The lamb in Qabili Pilau here was a little over done for my liking and in slices rather than a big piece. I'm not sure which is more traditional but I much prefer the lamb shank style. The starter of mint, parsley, raddish, feta and walnut was quite tasty although a little different to what I'm used to. If your new to this style of food then Ariana is a safe bet but I would reccomend trying elsewhere.

One of the all-time highlights of not just Manchester, but the whole UK, is Curry Mile. It doesn't get much better. Some of the best curries in town, all kinds of wonderful South Asian, Middle Eastern, you name it, all sorts of food that will blow your mind. I've been coming here since I was little. It's a rough area but so is your nether region when unshaved. So my highlight will always be Rusholme Chippy, which is not so much a chippy but a kebab house, featuring the best Kobedeh Kebab in the entire world that I've ever had. Open late and a must-try.

They're a delicacy in North Pakistan area of Pakhtun and Waziristan as well as Afghanistan.
