Easiest car buying dealer experience ever. I can't really compare Tesla since their system is a bit different. So my comparison would be for the conventional car dealers i've been blessed doing business with. From German, Italian, British and American brands, i have got to say that Peru Ford is really easy to buy a car from and enjoyable at that. I live in the west and was looking around for a specific car nationwide and while they all did reply to my inquiries. Peru Ford took it to another level in my opinion. Kahla replied quickly and was very courteous and Steven was great to work with. The car they sold me was brand new and it just came, i got to see a video of it and pictures of it, got to speak to them quite a bit throughout the process and got to know them, which was really nice since i can't exactly see them physically due to the distance. They treated me like an old customer when it's actually my first time buying from them, so definitely a plus for me, none of that "pushing" thing and nor did they ever made me feel neglected, they literally reply quick. Finance department was quick, documents were sent overnight. It's funny to me how they are 2000 plus miles away from me and I literally spent way lesser time buying this car from them than all my dealer buying experience in LA, physically. Everything was just a breeze. They also took the time to update me with the car, showed me that she was very well taken care of while i arranged for her to be shipped and gave me some souvenirs as well. Put it this way, I have never met them physically but I actually loved the buying experience so much so from them, that i sent them both a Gift. That should explain how well they took care of me, a first time customer. I honestly will never buy another Ford elsewhere. Salesman was great, GM is a crook. He thinks he's smarter than everyone and will absolutely try to pull one over on you. Make sure you check KBB and auction sites before you go because he'll do his best to screw you. Their sales have been way down as of late in part due to him and I wouldn't buy a vehicle from Peru Ford until he's gone. He lied about interest rates even after I pushed him and offered me over a thousand dollars less on trade than what I got elsewhere. read more

We live in Florida but host at a local campground. The night before we were to return home the turbo blew in our 250 Diesel truck. We took it to Peru Ford the next morning and they thought it might be up to two days before the parts arrived and we could be on our way home. When the phenomenal staff learned of our situation, they bent over backwards, located the needed parts, sent someone to pick them up and had our truck repaired and returned to us by 4:00 that afternoon. We have used them for several years for needed service on our truck and on our Mustang and have always been treated well and fairly, but after what they did to help us, we firmly believe they wear super hero capes.
