Within just a few days, our mechanic diagnosed a serious pre-existing camshaft issue. This is not something that develops in a few days and should have been caught before selling the truck. When we first reported the issue, we were told the truck was sold "as is" and there was nothing they could do. Only after we explained the seriousness did they mention bringing it four hours back to their shop, something our mechanic advised against because driving it that far risked further engine damage. We were without the truck for a week getting it repaired locally. The dealership later told the Attorney General we declined help, but the offer to "inspect it" came long after the initial refusal and after the severity of the repair was already known. We also corrected the dealer's inaccurate claim about the repair estimate. This entire experience has been disappointing, and we would caution others to be very careful when buying a used vehicle here.

I purchased a 2011 Chrysler 200 off this lot. I took the car for short drive as the gas tank was on empty and sales guy really didn't want to put any gas in it. He did put a gallon in it. Ran good for the 1 mile down the highway I drove and then drove back to the lot. Bought the car and my wife drove it back 15 miles to where I live. I was wondering why she was so slow coming back, only 50 mph on interstate. She gets out of the car when we get back and says it was jerking and wouldn't go very fast. long story short, it had bad transmission line leak. Cost me $384 to fix. Owner says you bought it "as is". Which means you're stuck with it "as is". He buys the cars at auction that have issues, issues that might get you killed. Doesn't have the cars inspected for serious problems. Had I read the reviews on this place before thinking about looking at a car on this lot, I never would have touched this lot. Don't take my word for it, read reviews on the websites on this lot. Horror stories.

Doug Morris has been my insurance agent with Evans Insurance Network for the last year and he called me one day just to tell me he could save me fifty bucks a month by simply switching me to another one of their insurance carriers. How cool is that? I don't have to make the calls to various insurance companies - Doug Morris does it for me!! I'm telling you, there is no better Insurance agent. Around 30 minutes into my drive home the vehicle began developing torque bind in the center differential. I took it to a shop that day and they said the center differential was shot, a problem that only shows symptoms once the vehicle has been driven on the road for a few minutes. The shop stated that based on the behavior, it had been this way for some time and that any competent service department should have noticed. I contacted the dealership immedietely and they refused to provide any assistance. Stay far away from here, as its clear they will fail to disclose major mechanical issues for a quick sale. The car was like this while in their posession, and they stated no assistance would be provided because they did not make a profit on the vehicle. Very scummy.
