I trained
with Nick for about a year, at a weekly base. Nick had always the ability to
motivate me and push me to my limits. He behaves in a professional manner, he
is promt and willing to reschedule a training time, if necessary. Nicks
workout with me stressed the importance of properly brace the core and preserve
the lumbar spine and includes several back exercises. If I felt pain in places
that I should not, like the knees, low back or neck, Nick modified the exercise
to a pain free range. Our training
incorporates free weights, balance boards, swiss balls, single leg exercises,
machines and other environments and the routine changes every time so that training
has always being fun (but challenging). Nick gave me safe and complete
instructions and assisted me in finding proper exercise intensity and
progression. Nick keeps me motivated to continue my exercise program outside
our scheduled sessions and gave me complete instructions for different training
routines that I could do on my own. He always showed interest about my needs
and provided me with encouragement and feedback. I would definitely recommend
