I've been going to this gym for 1.5 years because I get a discounted membership through work. If I…read morehad to pay full price, I don't think I would rate it as high, simply because on top of the high membership fee, they charge outrageous prices for bottles of water, towels, etc. In general, it is a well-kept gym with a sauna, lots of nice classes, good equipment and a great location. The only thing they are really missing is a swimming pool!

I am disappointed with customer service and deceptive advisements. On Sunday 6pm, I went to a gym…read morethinking that my daughter can use a child care service specified on their advertising brochure, which is specified as until 7pm on Sunday. The childcare staff was not available and they also said that I have to leave and my daughter was not allowed to be in a lobby. I find their customer service dissatisfactory. - I signed up a gym membership based on the advertisement that the childcare was available. So not being able to use the facility is disappointing. - Tanja and Philip at the front desk were inflexible and argumentative--When I requested Tanja to talk to the childcare staff who was leaving early, she refused. Customer service is unsatisfactory, the way that the front desk staff talk to their customer is rude, and the gym fails to comply with the level of service they advertised. When it is their fault for not being able to staff the advertised childcare service on specified hours on the brochure, asking a customer who already paid the service to leave the facility is unfair.

On the good side: - friendly staff who answers your questions and show you exercises - open 24 hours a day - modern machines - different sections (the free weight section where most bodybuilders are is separated from the rest) - free parking On the negative side: - from 18:00 to 20:00 it is very very full, but that is true for most gyms - on the upper floors it can get warm, but it got a lot better after the works they did recently - they only offer a 1-year membership and no trial training All in all I would recommend this gym to everybody who knows a bit what they are doing and don't need a trainer for every exercise
