He's always positive, motivating, and helpful. I'm getting stronger and building muscle, and even on a bad day, he pushes me to be my best. Adrian, the manager, is very nice, friendly, and always helpful. He's quick to resolve any issues. Reisha and the other young woman at the front desk are also very kind and welcoming. Appreciated that when I said my appointment time the front desk staff immediately knew my name. Shout out to Atalie for being so warm and welcoming. The massage by Jackie is truly relaxing - highly recommend. The one turnoff of my two spa visits is the upselling - following my facial the esthetician suggested a serum to consider and had it waiting at front, which the front desk then also tried to sell. Following my massage, the masseuse tried to sell a package of services and once again, the front desk also attempted to upsell the package. It's a lot right after a relaxing service - my advice is to hold the hard sell for a follow up text or email.

The camp was not well structured and several of the coaches left well before the camp ended. The last hour of each day was dedicated to activities in the workout/physical fitness/weight room. A separate fitness trainer managed this effort. On the first day he showed up for 30 mins of the hour. The 2nd day was less than 15 mins of the hour and was a no show on the 3rd and 4th day. The basketball coaches sat in the room with the kids and told them to do what they wanted. Horrible. IMO, certainly not worth the $$.
