Joel was the first company to reply back to me and left his number. We went off Yelp and texted out details. BEST PRICE IN THE AREA! The quotes I was getting were OVER 70$ what Joel said he could do for me, and even with sending over 20 photos showing how dirty the inside was, he said it fell under his basic inside n out package. He spent bout 5hrs in the hot sun working on my car. When he said he'd get the inside and out on his entry package, I didn't think he'd spend as much time as he did getting all the spots in the photos, tidying up, tire dress my wheels.. the work is great. Been looking for a touchless car wash that works out here for a while. This place looks pretty new…read more The kiosks are responsive, easy to read, and work, all novel for a car wash. Also expensive, not too novel for car washes. $15 for a second level brushless wash makes me apprehensive to come back. Being charged $3 for a $2 vacuum selection, that should be after paying for a wash, makes me more apprehensive (and lowers their rating to 3*). The cash itself was pretty good although lots of soap was left on the rockers just like I've experienced at other car washes out here (never had this issue before). The overcharged vacuum worked well. Unfortunately there is no covered space to dry and vacuum, another big negative, and the facility is crammed onto a too- small lot. If you don't mind paying $18 for a wash and vacuum, it's not the worst option around.

And I enrolled, only to have the system tell me they sent the code for free wash to my phone wallet. THE CODE NEVER SHOWED. This place wants people to have memberships??!!. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days for something that could have been fixed immediately if someone was on site to help customers. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CAR WASH EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!! I would give them no stars if I could.

My brothers came to help jack up the car so we could take the tire somewhere else, hoping it could be fixed quickly and that the car wouldn't need to be towed--but there were no guarantees. Truly, it felt like a divine appointment. Just as we finished removing the tire, Carlos pulled in. My brothers asked if it was something he could fix, and in less than 10 minutes he had a brand-new valve stem installed and the tire filled with air. We were back on the road so quickly. I'm beyond grateful!
