We were lucky enough to randomly find Chef Kevin and his team just recently when seeking a private…read morechef for a 1-week vacation for ~10 people at an Airbnb in a relatively remote location in upstate NY. From ideation, to custom menu design, to contract reviews, paperwork including proof of insurance, and payment, Kevin was incredibly professional, flexible, responsive, and ultimately was the determining factor in ensuring our family (with young kids) would actually be able to enjoy the vacation without worrying about cooking, ordering in, or carpooling far distances on windy, dark roads. Kevin and team were also dog and kid friendly. Beyond the professionalism, the food and service were absolutely outstanding. It was hard to believe, but each meal was better than the last, as were the quality of the ingredients used. We would recommend Chef Kevin to anyone seeking relative affordability and a great value yet making zero sacrifices around taste, quality, and service. We are happy to write this review and support Kevin. We expect when we reach out for our next family event that Kevin will have a team of 100+. There is no better - Kevin and team won't disappoint.

Planning my son's Bar Mitzvah was a daunting task. The expense and amount that needed to be done…read morewas overwhelming and I needed to figure out a way to rein it in. I received a list of vendors from our synagogue and called all of them. The only one that was genuinely willing to work with me was OnTheMarc. Amanda and Marc understood completely what we were trying to accomplish and our budgetary restrictions. I am not saying it was cheap in any way, but they worked with me to achieve the perfect combination of quality and ample food at a, at least fair and manageable price. And, I have to say the food selection was incredible. I cannot tell you how many of our guests commented about it. However, the experience with On the Marc was so much more than just that. The staff was ample and incredible. EVERYONE was attended to at all times. Jacqui, the on-site lead was not only helpful leading up to the event, but she was invaluable at the event. It took such a load off our shoulders knowing she was there. I would use OnTheMarc over and over again if I could and I recommend them wholeheartedly for any event. I cannot thank them enough for what they did. I didn't want to put on such an expensive affair, but they did something I didn't think was possible - made me happy I did it.

Definitely not reliable, and the lack of professionalism made everything harder than it needed to be.

I contacted Maria, and she said she would let me now. She stated that the bartender went to a wrong address and now wasn't coming. she inquired about the other 2 servers. NO ONE showed up!
