Since I can give a - number then this will have to do. They have forgotten about picking up my laundry at least twice and that's being kind. They forgot about my laundry again this last Wednesda, I had to call to see what was going on. I was supposed to have my laundry dropped off on Frida. I again call, the guy said he would call the driver and get back to me right away and he didn'. Again I called to no response. We got it dumped off on Saturday morning by a person who didn't say a damn thing. It gets worse, they folded our clothes BUT DIDNT WASH THEM!!!! Going to Visa Monday!!!!! I am completely disgusted! We've been getting our laundry done for a couple of years by Brent, it's been getting worse and wors. I think he's sold part of his company and a new guy is scamming. read more
