The owner Sergei came out and noticed a bunch of installation mistakes and sent a different crew to "fix it" and, while the new crew did improve one issue, he did not fix everything. So CAUTION, if you get any type of plank flooring, expect it to sound like they have lined the floor with sand or plastic bags when you walk around, because according to Flooring America, that is NORMAL??? I'm so bummed we spent so much money on flooring and just as much on installation for an install that is sub par and no one at the company cares. It is like pulling teeth trying to get them to respond and we have been very patient. This has been ongoing for months. I really wanted to love my floors, but every step is a reminder of all the money we spent on crappy product and crappy installation...do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

He walked me through the whole process, let me even get some samples to take into my home (to see how they would work with wall color, lighting, etc) and his team completed it without a hitch! I feel like the price for the ~900 sqft of carpet was extremely fair, especially since we removed and disposed of the carpet ourselves (which saved a few hundred). If I ever need carpet again, I'll definitely plan to use Randy and his team!

They have all kinds of furniture, decorations, and rugs. Prices were clearly marked which I appreciated since it shows they're not trying to hide anything. I was pleasantly surprised that I found quite a few things that would fit into our budget, along with higher-end, more expensive pieces. They also have a clearance section which we looked through. The pieces I saw mostly swayed more modern and a little less traditional, which is more my style anyway. Upstairs we found a coffee table that was a major upgrade from our current table, but still in our budget and actually quite affordable. It has a metal base and a glass/ceramic top that looks and feels like marble. Super sleek and sophisticated! Christine was upstairs and asked if we needed any help. We asked her about the process for purchasing as we wouldn't be able to fit the table into our car. She told us that we could pay for it and come back with a larger vehicle, or we could pay $60 for local delivery. SOLD! I am all about that convenience and for $60 they can pack and carry the pretty heavy table. We paid for our purchase and Christine was super awesome with the whole process. I am so glad we finally stopped in to Stonesthrow and I can't wait to go back! She did say that they also do special orders if you know something you want and they are able to get it in store. The only one who was nice to us when we were shopping there was chastised in front of us by her coworkers; we decided to buy a very expensive chair from her. When it was ready, 9 months later, we had just replaced our furnace to the tune of $15k, and then our car needed $5k in repairs, and then my husband lost his job, so they generously allowed me to make monthly payments. Fast forward to a year past the time it was ready, a year of making small monthly payments that I couldn't afford with just my salary supporting the family of 4, payments that only added up to about half the full price, i got a call and was told I must pay the remaining balance or pay a restocking fee with the payments I've made so far. They said it was taking up space in their warehouse...its not a large chair, at all, a round swivel rocker, fits one butt...It's a great chair, but next time I'll go directly to the manufacturer, make sure these people don't get any of my money.
