With the circle of life, we all experience a loved ones passing. Sasha was amazing from start to finish! She answered any questions we had, even if they were some odd ones. This was our first "rodeo" on planning a service; so we were completely clueless! Sasha was very knowledgeable, personable and guided us through the entire process. Sasha was very patient and gladly repeated herself. Not only was she dealing with myself, but my other two sisters as well. Due to some family matters, we were on a time crunch. From my initial google search to calling in- the arrangements were all done and complete in 2 days! On the day of, she greeted us and even helped us set up. My family is Buddhist, so we had a service that reflected that. Sasha was respectful and catered to all our needs/wants/wishes. Sasha definitely made a horrible experience a pleasant one. Although I do not wish to go through this experience again, it is inevitable. I would definitely go with WA Cremations Center again because of Sasha! She does an overall fantastic job and is even there for moral support! I will also add that out of the 2 other places we considered- WA Cremations Center was the most affordable.

I was given the wrong rate- We made an arrangement and my youngest son picked a red urn off the display case that had a little scratch on the lid and said that we wanted one of that color. I was told everything would be ready to pick up by Monday the 21st. After not hearing from the facility, I called on Wednesday the 23rd left a message, in a return call received an hour later. Melissa told me that my son's remains were ready to pick up but they were waiting for the death certificate from the medical examiner's office they should have it by the end of the day and that I was okay to come by Thursday morning to pick up. Thursday afternoon the 24th, at 1 in the afternoon I pick up my son's remains, that were placed in the display urn with the scratch on it, and informed that the death certificate would not be available for 17 weeks but they could mail me a pending maybe Friday!!!! Why I was told something completely opposite- no one could tell me :( I was given misinformation over and over again. This is a horrible thing for somebody who's lost a child to have to deal with, and there is no way that I would ever recommend anybody to use this service. Once we made a visit to Return Home, the choice was easy. The staff was kind, compassionate, and professional, all with a sense of moderation that made discussions comfortable. We signed our prearrangement with confidence we took a step that will make things easier for our family. Little did we know we would need to make funeral arrangements a son of ours before our own time came. Our phone call to Return Home was answered immediately, and Director of Family Care, Brie Smith, took care of the logistical tasks, then worked with us to set up a memorial service for the family that we conducted in a lovely space on site. Following the memorial service, we made visits to our son as he was undergoing his terramation journey. We sat with him and admired the decorations and pictures so lovingly placed by the family during the service. Now, he has returned to our home and continues to be a part of our lives in our garden. Thank you Return Home for the great care of our dear son, and the kind attention you paid to our needs.
