Once we made a visit to Return Home, the choice was easy. The staff was kind, compassionate, and professional, all with a sense of moderation that made discussions comfortable. We signed our prearrangement with confidence we took a step that will make things easier for our family. Little did we know we would need to make funeral arrangements a son of ours before our own time came. Our phone call to Return Home was answered immediately, and Director of Family Care, Brie Smith, took care of the logistical tasks, then worked with us to set up a memorial service for the family that we conducted in a lovely space on site. Following the memorial service, we made visits to our son as he was undergoing his terramation journey. We sat with him and admired the decorations and pictures so lovingly placed by the family during the service. Now, he has returned to our home and continues to be a part of our lives in our garden. This woman has never lived at this address or even this state. I do not know where they get their lists to send out these unwanted advertisements (Right before the holidays, you guys are morbid!), but who ever gave you the mailing lists, should be fired! My ex mother in law lives more than three thousand miles from Washington State. What's really funny, is the return address on this advertisement is within walk able distance from my office. I plan on paying them a visit to return their unwanted solicitations! I totally agree with Bart G. This is fair warning for this business, if you sent one more advertisement to my address, I will return the advertisement along with a summons to appear in civil court.

A vase was stolen from my dad's gravesite. I paid over $200 to get it replaced. Two weeks later, the insert was missing. When I called to ask about it, it took three weeks for a reply and I was basically told, they aren't responsible...did I want to replace it for another $200? On key holidays, ie Mother's Day, the water is not turned on, so we've started bringing our own. Also, waste cans are usually overflowing. I've been trying to get a vacant, pre-paid plot put into my brother's name for 3 years. I would give this place zero stars if I could. They only want your money and then you will be on your own. As you pull into the entrance, it looks like there's a gate now. The office is located to the left of the entrance. We stopped by the office to see if they could help point us in the right direction. The staff here was really courteous. Gabe offered us some tea while waiting to be assisted. He helped my relative with the planning process years ago, so I was shock that he remember who we were. The office receptionist Be went out of her way to show us the exact spot. I was expecting that she would hand us a map and have us go on our way, but instead she knew exactly where my relative was located. I'm impressed because she didn't use a map or some locator of some sort to find the spot. Kinda cool and creepy at the same time, if you ask me. There's faucets around the cemetery to use for the flower vase. Based on my observation, it seems like this cemetery is connected to the visitors families, because as people were driving into the cemetery, they stopped to say hi to the employees. So that tells me that they really care about the families.
