I recommend you taste the spirits straight up to get more flavor and I thought the cocktail flavors were okay, need a bit more depth imo. I love the open space of the tasting room/bar area, the lighting is nice and there's good ambiance. The outdoor back patio is nice as well with a good view of downtown. There were some regulars there so it must be a good place for cocktails. The Rye flight was just ok. All of them were over 101 proof. None of them were all that different from each other. I wouldn't write them off after just one visit though. Seems to still be a pretty young distillery. The Ryes seem like they would make good cocktail spirits more than sipping ones.
