My refrigerator was freezing up and not cooling. A relative recommended Paul. I called and he…read morestated I should unplug the refrigerator and allow it to defrost. A few days later he and his wife came out, charging me $175 for that trip. I thought they seemed very nice and honest. He gave me an estimate for replacing, the leaking water valve and the Defrost Thermistor, of around $500. No additional labor/trip charge would be charged. He recommended I buy a new refrigerator. This refrigerator new would cost over $2000 to replace. I asked him to repair it. He stated he would order the parts. A week or so later he called and we scheduled a repair date. Paul came out (with no parts in hand) looked in the freezer and stated the compressor was going out. I ask you, "Is this a scam to get the $175 initial charge?" I question this because he did the exact same thing to the person that recommended him and they replaced their refrigerator What do you think? BTW A relative came and replaced the Defroster and it's been working fine for about five months.

You people have not honor your end of the contract. They have replaced the parts that you installed. We have had scheduled appointments canceled after waiting all day. This has been going on for over a year. We keep making monthly home maintenance payments with no satisfaction. If you can't fix it they honor the contract. Technician says he's replaced the same parts and it still doesn't fix it. Honor your end of the contract.
