They have an electronic gate entrance but it remains open all day essentially making it an unsecured facility. Their office is located towards the rear of the property and does not have a view of the entrance to their facility hence they do not know who enter or leaves their premises. My RV and another travel trailer were broken into that were parked near the front of their storage facility and as a result I had several thousands of dollars of personal items stolen. So in essence I paid the storage company to have someone break into my RV.
