Avoid. Said that my teeth were at a 7/10 range of falling out. Wouldn't do cleaning and just wanted to get to know me on first visit. Weird. Pushes laughing gas for every procedure. Against toothpaste. Wanted to replace all of my porcelain fillings with old mercury fills. Against flossing. No thank you. Went to another local dentist and had a completely different experience . FYI, teeth were no way ready to fall out. read more

She also respected my wishes to not get a panoramic xray because of my own personal beliefs and the fact that I have (knock on wood) nearly perfect teeth. When Dr Heaps came in to do his inspection of my teeth I found him to be lighthearted, caring, and knowledgeable. I have pretty good insurance so I don't think I paid a dime to get a cleaning. This place exceeds, by far, (not even a valid comparison) places like Aspen Dental - especially the one on Concord Road in York - that make up cavities and unnecessary procedures so that you pay their exorbitant fees.
