Hello, I visited…read morethis office for my wisdom teeth removal. I unfortunately had a bad experience with a competing office. This place was outstanding and I felt cared for and was well informed. I felt confident with my surgery and would greatly recommend this spot. The receptionist was also very helpful and knowledgeable. Everything went nice and easy. I couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you for helping me! Warm Regards, Andru R.

Unfortunately, I was referred to this office by my dentist for a root canal and possible removal of my infected tooth I was seen May 2025 I paid upfront for cost of a bone graph. They informed me that I may have a balance after processing my insurance I waited months to receive an EOB from my insurer nothing was received by October 2025, so I called the office. They informed me that my claim has not been processed, but that I do have a balance from the office. The woman I spoke to asked me to call back in January, which I did just yesterday unfortunately the person that answered my call was extremely unprofessional, rude, condescending, and argumentative after experiencing such a negative encounter with the front desk person by the name of Johnny I asked if I can speak to the office manager he said they do not have an office manager. I asked if I can have the name of the Biller. He said I'm just gonna give you her phone number. I asked if I can leave a message for the doctor and he said he will not call you back so I'm still left. Trying to figure out this billing situation with no help from this office. It is pretty amazing that this office does not have staff to take care of patient concern. It is very troubling that a patient is not able to leave a message for the doctor regarding a concern. You been warned STAY AWAY SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE FRUSTRATION AND GRIEF! Ask for another referral. This business is a joke. I work in medical and I would never image to speak to a patient client the way Mr. Johnny spoke to me. I even witness his poor negative attitude and highly unprofessional behavior towards another patient over a simple question he had on his intake form. I should have ran then SMH I so regret having any services done with this office.

From the moment we walked in, his bedside manner was unlike anything I have ever experienced. He was patient, gentle, kind, and took his time making my father feel completely at ease. UPDATE: Massive improvement today at my post-op checkup. Dr…read more Reid was wonderful, polite, attentive, and remembered my concerns etc. He asked me ahead of time about taking an anti-anxiety for my next implant. Cool. He informed me that he had to remove a very aggressive infection - so scary. I'm extra relieved and hope it's all gone. In March of 2020, I needed two emergency root canals during shelter in place. A head trauma had caused my [now extracted] molar and its neighboring crowned tooth [also newly extracted] to crack and infect. I am immensely relieved that Dr. Reid helped me-my head and jaw aches have been horrendous for 2 years (my dentist couldn't find any infections, so going to B&R was the logical next step to take). I assumed they were migraines and TMJ, but feared an infection. My teeth were relatively heathy until 10 years ago. Don't get me wrong, I wasn't a 'Crest Kid' or anything (old fart reference), but now it feels like the middle age damn has broken. Lol. I'm a friggin warrior with kidney and gallstones, c-sections... but teeth have always needed more TLC. This, coupled with bizarrely long recovery times, a need for extra anesthesia or novocaine, and a middle aged low pain threshold [especially for teeth], I have been very anxious about having any dental work the last decade. Overly nonchalant doctors scare me, and Dr. Reid's improved attentiveness felt like a godsend. Assistant Monica helped me with an early prep packet, and gave me info about what drug I would take (should I choose to have something for anxiety next time - yes!). She also took my X-rays, and very kindly made me a CD of them for me (upon request). Nichelle was as wonderful as always, and Mary was kind and helpful. My daughter was very impressed! The procedural assistant (Alicia) who got angry looked annoyed as she silently walked by (too egocentric to assume it's about my last interaction with her). It's for the best, as I'm still miffed about being berated like a child in front of an operating/procedure room full of adults. It was unprofessional in my book, and made far too personal than it needed to be (perhaps consider that I was scared and didn't do it on purpose?). I'm also trying to forgive myself over my part of it, obviously. Regardless, I saw an immense change in everyone else. Pain management remains to be seen after my next implant, but I'm extremely relieved after today's visit.

She suffers from severe Dental trauma and PTSD just like I do. When I told her my problem, she said Dr Senft DDS is fantastic at what he does. He is kind, patient, listens when she has concerns. She was right!! Dr Senft is kind, direct and is super transparent. He has prompt, efficient appointments *and* his shots are not that painful, super magical! Only be a 1,-3 on the pain scale. His office staff is very friendly, welcoming and there's lots of natural light. He and his staff are kind, respectful and accommodating. There's no smell of novocaine, no screaming, and he keeps a a great selection of mellow classic rock songs playing in the background every time I've been so far. Today was my second visit, and it was fantastic! Seriously, he fixed cavities in five of my teeth in just a few hours. And for a reasonable price! So already, this is shaping up to be pretty great! Dr. Senft himself is a genuinely kind dentist, knows very well what he is doing, and wants to help his patients not just collect a paycheck. He does not rush things, but he moves quickly, which tells me he knows exactly what he's doing. Two of the last dentists I saw told me I needed a crown on my front left incisor. I didn't understand why because it was just cracked. Dr Senft took one look at the tooth in question then asked , "Why do you need a crown? I can fix that for you today - t'll be fine.! He did an awesome job! And now I don't have to hide my smile when I do my sales job. This is great! I'm already feeling the change in earnings. I have major PTSD, Post traumatic stress disorder as well as Panic Attack and generalized anxiety disorder. The cause was mostl a *bad* dentist my mom forced me to go to as a kid. My childhood Dr (Dr Y for short) was *painful*, he stretched my lips until they bled because his fingers a were so big he could not work on my mouth without doing it. He also hurt my jaw on numerous occasions by forcing it open too far. His office reeked of novocaine. Dr Y's shots were an eight or nine on the pain scale and I screamed snd crird even though I do have a high pain tolerance. After a while my pediatric dentist started bringing me into a separate soundproof room so the other victims...aka patients couldn't hear me screaming. He also very securely strapped me into that chair although I have not and never will be a violent person nor ever hit anybody.. I don't think that's legal honestly but, that was in the 1980s When I turned 18 naturally I chose to go to different dentist. . For the last 38 years, whenever I have visited a dentist, my body goes into fight or flight (panic mode). I immediately soak with a large layer of sweat. I have literally soaked seven dentist chairs by this point (45/f now). I've had several dentists remark that they've never seen anything like it. Yeah, that pediatric dentist Dr Y tortured me. I've been bringing a large cotton towel to place on the dental chair to absorb my sweat. I almost always also have to change my clothes after my appointments too. Omg. Today was my second visit at Dr Semft's office and I barely sweated! This is huge. Based on poor advice of my mother, who said that getting an implant was easier than getting a crown, I chose to have my Rt incisor removed 5 years ago and an implant put in its place. Big mistake. The guy was a well-known very experienced oral surgeon, he removed my tooth wonderfully, but he did not pack the bone enough in my jaw. He did apologize to me. When I came back, he said he would have to reopen my jaw, pack more bone in there, then let it heal, and then he can finally place the post. I was just not okay with that. Dr Senft said that he would be as painless and as efficient as possible, and I believe him. 10/10. I almost hate to write this review because I'm afraid that now his calendar will be more booked, but he deserves our full props. And you deserve a kind dentist who will treat you well. Thanks again Dr Senft!! I'll be back!

So I called in few days ago, Asking about how they would handle high anxiety patients and if they do any type of sedation. The lady behind the phone was like, "No." then it went to a moment silence because it was an abruptly, No holding back, Answer. Then I tried asking other questions ending the awkward silence but they also don't do a root canal. So it's fine, but I still needed my wisdom tooth out since its a little bothersome. It just felt she didn't really cared and understood my situation where I'm terrified of dentist and the fact that I had to ask among my coworkers their best experience ever. Well how can I get to the best experience with the dentist if I can't even get the best experience by passing their first facing receptionist. So anyway I still went ahead to make the appointment with her and she told me to register online as well and needed me to write it down. Let you know there was a misspelling so I was unable to get online anyway. Couple days later, I was still looking around for other dentist that can do both and sedation and found one (which actually sent a link to my email for rsvp and to register), so I called in asking if they could cancel my appointment for next week so I could give up my spot for someone else. This second lady was a bit nicer, lot more friendly, and less direct approach. Hence the extra star for her. I would probably had continued seeing Dr Peterson if the receptionist had given a friendly approach and care for new patients. This place is not anxiety patient friendly.
