I really recommend this place for a window repair. I called and got a quite right away from Sam and informed me how long it would take and when I could come in to get it repaired. Since I only have weekends available this was the best for me. A couple days, we came to fix our front windshield and there was a PREEXISTING scratch on the glass when we had received our "fixed" car. We noticed the scratch immediately the day they said our car was finished and told them and they said to come back another day when they were available in order to fix the defective glass, FREE OF CHARGE. We came back today and a older, man with a beard and a bun yelled at my mom saying it was her fault when the glass was ALREADY defective. I was furious and said why he would talk to my mom like that MAKING HER CRY out of frustration and he had the audacity to lift up a water bottle and holding it in a motion where it seemed like he would've chucked it at me. RUDE AND TERRIBLE. And said he would replace for $15 when it was their mistake. All this for 15??!! We have witnesses and I am extremely disgusted by this. When my mom began to cry that is where I draw the line. I do not recommend this place at all unless you want to be treated this way. read more

Highly not Recommended! Recommend any other place that treats its customers with respect. There are several places in Perris. I changed out my windshield last year for $109. Another guy on Perris Blvd quoted me the same at $109 this time around but was busy today. This place quoted me $125 and because I wanted to get it done today I went over there. When I got there I asked him what the $99 signs were about and he said the older cars are $99 the newer are more expensive and the Attitude started. Even though mine is a 2007 I accepted his answer. As I was leaving I heard him charge a woman in a newer Maxima $110. Check their website they have a $99 coupon. When I returned for my car and he showed me the ticket, the attitude continued when I asked him if he was still going to charge me $125. He replied "what? I am not charging you tax, you want to pay tax too? You want to pay tax?" When the ticket clearly lists tax on it as part of the $125. I stayed quiet and paid it because he was getting angry and I wanted to get my car back today. This place charges people as they please with no fixed price. They are dishonest. They false advertise and have a terrible attitude with little respect for their customers. If it weren't for my need to get the work done today, I would have waited till next week and went back to either of the other places that treat their customers with respect. read more
