Sorry to write this but who ever owns this business needs to check their workers who answer the phone. I called today May 7th at 1:20 pm asking for pricing on a rear backlite glass. I wanted only to replace 1 panel but he said they can't it's all one piece and that's fine that's why I called to ask. I asked him can I get a price for the backlite glass and he said he doesn't know but he guesses $400. I told him I'm interested if he can look it up to see the actually price and he said he can't or didn't want . I told him dude I called because I'm interested in buying and he said no sorry . I told him you are loosing a customer and money and he don't care . I'm just here letting the owner know you just lost money and a customer because your worker can't look up a price for me . Yeah hire people who want to help your business and not bring it down . I will definitely not be shopping ever here . read more

I'd be sad to call this my business I went to get my windshield changed & old man said it would take 2 hours , it ended up taking alllllll day he said sorry & asked if it was okay which it Wasn't but i already waited 8 hrs so what can i do . whatever , i wouldn't have minded if it was actually done right but it wasn't . the past days it has been raining the water has been dripping on to my seat soooo i went to ask if they can fix it and they said they don't have time for that soo i asked when they would & they said Like i said , we're busy . I called for a quote and this guy (most likely the owner) laughs and says "ohhhh... you folks are too young to vote". WTF... I just called for a quote for tints. He was rude the whole time and I didn't even disrespect him at all. Once he finish quoting me I said "thank you" and hung up. I will never do business with service like this. As a owner/manager with service like this.... a kid could do a better job than that. His life probably sucks lol read more

I'm beyond upset and disappointed with this place and the owner. I have been loyal and coming here since the late 90's early 2000's. I have literally brought them every car I have ever owned starting at 15yrs old, it's a minimum of 12 plus cars not counting referrals. All for tinting because I loved the place and stayed loyal. I lived in la for the past 15 years and still made the trip every 1-2 years with my new cars to come specifically to them to tint. It's not like la doesn't have great places to tint! I recently made an appointment to get a small pebble crack fixed in my front windshield, but I had to cancel it and reschedule it once because I have 3 kids and with school and work it gets crazy being alone. I called today to move it one more time because I had an emergency and the owner told me he is not going to service me any longer. He claimed I moved my appointment too many times. I don't understand how calling in ahead and moving my appointment two times would push him into saying he will no longer service me! I reminded him how much business over all these years I've giving him and he didn't care at all! I told him he lost this customer for life! Very disappointing! Loyalty obviously means nothing! FYI, he sure didn't mind tinting my new car a month ago and my ex husbands as well. He raised the price by over 100 bucks and he put scratches into my new cars dashboard, but I was nice enough not to say one word and get it fixed on my own. Completely wrong to turn away a loyal customer! I would never do that in my business! read more

Wonderful service!! I needed to fix a large rock chip, the technician was awesome and very knowledgeable. He noticed I had another small rock chip and he took are of that one as well. I came back months later to tint my windows, overall amazing. So happy with the way they look and great quality tint! Also lifetime warranty. read more

My son was in a loaner car from the dealer & on his way to work a rock flew up from another vehicle cracking the windshield. It had to be replaced immediately but was told by the dealer the windshield was going to take 3 weeks to come in that it was back ordered.Jim went out of his way to find the windshield and have it in by the next morning. Did a fantastic job. We had been quoted an outragious price from the dealer and Jim beat that coming down 4 times the amount. Does honest work and the window turned out perfect. Nasty inside infested with spiders, has broken furniture the waiting room is filled with spider webs, i brought up a issue with my cars tint and he is unknowledge in his career area , very unsatisfying customer service. Will not come again for any future car tinting. read more

Jim does amazing work! His shop is kinda in a funky part of Perris and kinda hard to find but it's worth the effort! His prices are cheaper than anyone else in the area and he has been doing it for over 20 years so he is quick, clean and respects your vehicle! Dont take your car here for a new windshield! I took my 370z after i got the car back i kept hearing air come in thru the side, I've had to take the car back three times the guys didn't really seem to care & didn't think it was their fault, all they tried to do to fix it was put some tape on the glass They are unprofessional. read more
