So... here is my story/review... a few weeks ago, I was having issues registering my car at a DMV…read moreKiosk as well as via CA DMV website due to insurance proof (that had already been submitted electronically to DMV long ago). Even after confirming with Sacramento DMV that everything was all good... I was still unable to register my car at a Kiosk, or online, which obviously caused some stress. I could have mailed a check - but that would take 7-10 business days, as well as another 7-10 business days (possibly longer) to receive tags for my car - but I was running out of time due to the back and forth with DMV Online/Kiosks. Sure... I could have went to the DMV, and stood in line outside just to get a number... but personally, I am busy, and though I would have been so happy to spent 4-5 hours at the DMV to handle a simple transaction - I have a job, and my time is valuable. Therefore, I decided to look into registration services, using my handy dandy google search... and discovered IAR as my first result/recommendation. That is when I called and spoke with Roger, who stepped in and saved the day, as well as made my day/year so much easier!!! Literally - and figuratively. We spoke of my issues with the DMV told me to come down and he would be able to handle it for me with no issues. So that is exactly what I did, and exactly what happened. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, on the phone, and in person. I maybe spent a total of 7-10 minutes in his office and received my tags instantly. A weight lifted off my shoulders for sure, and one less trip to the DMV I will have to make! Even after parking on the wrong side of the street... (thanks google maps -___- )... I have nothing but positive reviews for IAR, and Roger. He saved me time, stress, he helped me effortlessly - a registration super hero indeed, as well as a kind person. I am so so glad I found IAR. I will be returning next year and would recommend anyone to his service. 5 stars for sure! though I wish I could give 10! Thanks again!!
