TLDR, I've been stuck in…read morea problem cycle that online DMV, in person DMV, AAA, and the DMV kiosk couldn't help me with related to my registered address. All I needed was to update my registration address and leave with my vehicle tags (everything has been lost in the mail for years). I walked in for my appointment and was greeted very warmly. I explained my issue and he said no problem let's do it! While he was sorting through the paperwork I brought, he was very friendly and we talked about sports and what I do for work. I would have paid whatever to resolve this and the pricing felt extremely fair and worth it to finally have done. I was in and out in 15 minutes after being stuck with my issue for years. I left feeling so thankful and relieved.. thank you so much! 10/10 would recommend this place for any DMV related needs :)

I called AutoTagz right at 3pm when I had left work, within the hour, I had met David(I think) at a random gas station and he had all my tags in hand and I was able to get everything in order and get my car released. He understood the urgency and went above and beyond to help me out even outside of business hours and didn't judge me for the predicament I was in. He knows i am in the motorcycle business, so I assumed I could trust him to do what I asked him specifically to do. They cost me $700, and STILL did NOT get my motorcycles registered!! They paid the fees i told them explicitly NOT TO PAY , and then told me i had to pay the other 800 in back fees myself!!! I was in utter disbelief! I had told Jonathan NOT TO DO THAT!!! Yes, Jonathan is very nice, and even apologetic..... but..... He did not refund me, (Not even their fees!!!!! what?!!!!!) the DMV won't refund me, so I not only lost all the money I originally asked them not to spend, but i now have to do all the registration work myself, and pay the additional out of state registration fees. Ridiculous, incompetent, and totally unprofessional. He offered to do my next transaction without paying their small transaction fee, as if I would ever trust them again...lol I wouldn't trust them beyond a simple registration renewal. I am not sure how they stay in business. zero stars
