On the day of my appointment, 1 1/2 hours before she texts me and says we have to reschedule. Asks if I could do it the following day. Sadly, I wasn't available on less than 24 hours notice. She didn't offer to pick another time that worked, and in actuality she ghosted me. SMH. And she had the audacity to charge my credit card too! I replied and said I wasn't available and hoped all was OK. I asked about the charge, too. Nothing. No response. No text back. No call back. I called and texted, too. So pretty odd, right?
