We finished up and I was happy with my results, then I went home to go make-upless for the next seven days. I was content with my eyeliner, I did uppers and lowers, but my body decided to eat up the ink, and I had to go back for a major redo, but Patti was very gracious and and she spent a lot of time with me. I sent her a message on Yelp and she responded within an hour or so. She answered all of my probing questions with no signs of annoyance! That's a big plus! So I booked with her. Let's go over the quick summary: Location: Ventura- in a small shopping center inside Wax Me! salon Parking: ample Price: very affordable; and she even does permanent makeup! Expertise: this girl is certified and displays all of her certification, which I love! Ain't nobody got no time for going to YouTube trained folks who will snatch all your lashes and eyebrows out! Pass on that!!! Do your research people!!!!
