This is yet another area where they failed me- as neither the receptionist that booked my appointment told me this, nor was I told this when I checked in for my services, nor did the woman that did my service tell me the area needs to be shaved before she worked on me. So, this is the first time I'm hearing this, despite THREE employees saying nothing of the sort. And yet, they still feel justified in not refunding me, and not extending any level of proper care or customer service to me. They are TRULY a horrible, unprofessional, low quality med spa. ** Bad experience and terrible customer service after the fact. I made an appointment for Laser Hair Removal, which I've had done on various parts of my body over the years at various med spas. I was going to be in Ventura on a week long road-trip down south, and decided to try this place for my LHR. I had a fancy gala at the end of the week for an LA event with lawyers and judges, so always some primping is done to look my best. A girl's gotta look polished for this type of shin dig... and it's pretty fun getting ready. Except when it's not, and that's what happened at this place. When I made the appt, I asked the woman on the phone about numbing cream for my face, she informed me that I wouldn't need it bc it's a fast moving wand. I had never experienced this type of machine before, but when I asked her if it was the same result where all the hair falls off or can be easily wiped off after treatment, she simply replied, "yes". This was not the case, as I learned AFTER I spent $200 and wasted my time with this place. I left still looking like Chewbacca, and I emailed the office to let them know I was not satisfied. This is when I was told that each treatment would remove about 20% of the visible hair. Had I known this when I called to get info, I WOULD NOT HAVE BOOKED THE APPT. I absolutely would not and could not show up to this gala looking like Chewbacca. When I asked to get my money back, I was told they have a no refunds policy. I asked them if they insist on their no refunds policy despite misrepresentation and flat out lying to me about the treatment results ... and no one responded -nor have I been refunded. Churn and burn is a bad business practice! Just gross and unethical business practices all the way around- from the woman at the front desk that made my appointment, to Angela that did my treatment (by the way, in an email she said she "assured me that I had some hair loss even though there was a lot of hair left"), to Sabina that went totally quiet after I disputed their no refund policy calling out their unethical practice of misinformation and misrepresentation. Also, upon further research I notice that a handful of the reviews are from their own employees (always with the no profile pic and only one review in their profile). Absolutely do not go here, and do not trust these people.

For my facial mole, scarring was a huge concern for me which led me to never remove it as I was told by dermatologists that they could "only cut it off" which would result in an unpredictable outcome and that "the scar would look worse than the actual mole". After doing more research on radio wave technology I decided to make an appointment for a consultation. Everyone in the office is not only welcoming but professional. The Doctor was very attentive and answered all of my questions. I then scheduled the procedure. The procedure went smoothly and virtually painless, with the help of anesthetic. I was given Silagen gel (scar cream and SPF) to use 3 days later. THIS STUFF IS AMAZING. The first 3 days I just had to use Neosporin. The first 1-2 weeks I had some scabbing form, which is totally normal and expected. After the scabs healed, about 2 weeks post op, I looked like a totally different person. All my friends and family were shocked to see HOW GOOD "it" looked :). I am almost 30 years old so it was quite the change after so many years! After the procedure I went in for a 10 day post op appointment and a 6 week (what was supposed to be a month) post op appointment. All 4 appointments in total were wonderful and the staff was always accommodating with rescheduling and always got back to me in a timely manner. It's now 2 months post-op and my face continues to heal in that area. The Silagen gel which I apply twice daily has done wonders and each week I see an improvement in the smoothness and reduction in redness. With makeup on you can barely tell anything is there. The area is just a little pink but with continued use of the gel I know that it will get better and become even with my skin tone. I am SO SO SO SO happy that I went through with this procedure. I have more confidence and I feel more comfortable in every aspect of my life. If you have a facial mole that has been of concern and are hesitant to have it removed due to scarring, I highly recommend Dr.Morrisette and his special use of radio wave technology! BUT the most important thing is to take care of the area diligently, use the Silagen gel and SPF, and stay out of the sun! The sun is your enemy for scarring!
