I have a scar under my nose from 15 years ago that has been one of my BIGGEST insecurities for half my life. I spent months researching options for scar resurfacing, laser, etc., and stumbled upon Ruth's scar camouflage service. After a few months of consideration, I am so happy I took a leap of faith and came to Ruth. She not only took the time to answer every question I had thoroughly, but she was very welcoming and comforting to me during my consultation. My scar is completely white/uneven and I told her I considered doing laser resurfacing and she educated me on how the type of scar I had would've been 10x worse if I went the laser route. She is extremely knowledgeable and PASSIONATE about her work. Ruth made me feel like she deeply cares about me and my results! I want to also give a special shout out to the sweet woman running the front desk. She was so kind and welcoming to my 7 year old daughter that had to come with me to my appointment. She gave my daughter snacks and water and made her feel very welcome. I am a single mom and was worried to bring her with me but had no choice. I didn't get the girls name but she was the sweetest even though she mentioned being short staffed that day and was working the front by herself. I will post my results here after my follow up appointment. I already can see the results are going to be beautiful! Thank you Ruth & team!!!

They were faded, uneven, and didn't have the natural look that I preferred. This style is her significant "Velvet Brow", and definitely a must have. Her location is upscale, private, and very clean. I love thinner eyebrows and I love that if I want I can always add a little more. After 3 years I still receive compliments on my eyebrows. This was an investment in myself and a gift to myself in my new life in recovery and I'm so grateful for that. The confidence Donna gave me means so much. Donna you're amazing thank you so much

When I arrived, I marveled at the beautiful space and gorgeous people. Everyone who works here has amazing brows, and so they are walking / talking advertisements. Jen, the receptionist, was very kind and patient for this first-timer. I paid the balance of $700 and finally met my brow artist, Bella. Bella is gorgeous! It's kinda intimidating but she's also super sweet and put me at ease. She explained every single step and took time to answer my questions. This happened in front of my children, which was extremely embarrassing and unprofessional. These people don't understand that tips are earned with kindness and good service not by demanding, and I really didn't have cash so couldn't pay but promised her to come back again, but she was super mean, think before you go to this disgusting place! Might happen with you too! These people are psychos!! No humanity! Little bit about their salon! The salon appeared very unclean. Hair was left all over the floor, and the overall space did not feel maintained. I did not see tools like combs or scissors being cleaned between clients. At one point, the same scissors appeared to be used after a customer had a cut, without being sanitized. Staff did not appear to wash their hands between clients. The broom used for cleaning looked very dirty. The restroom did not have soap available and did not appear hygienic. The salon also had an unpleasant smell. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor hygiene practices, and the way I was treated make this a place I would not recommend.
