I feel I am in good and capable hands and will have a positive experience with this Invisible Ink office that covers the greater Cincinnati and Northern KY region. If your on the fence about getting it done or waiting until after you move out of the area.... don't wait. I had been thinking about doing my nose once more, so when we went in with my young niece to get her ears pierced and I saw how calm and chill Morgan was, I decided to get it done. I did inform them that I had gotten a bit faint during past piercings, but forgot about a few other times during blood donation and a skin biopsy when I did totally pass out and was told I had a "bit of a seizure," during those occasions. The piercing went smoothly, but ever since having a child and getting older, I do think my anxiety can peak higher and right when the piercing was done, I felt my body "whoosh," into profound nausea. The next thing I knew, I was waking up out of a quick dream and found out I had passed out and seized pretty dramatically. My sister-in-law and the kids saw the whole thing, so it really meant a LOT that Morgan was calm and assertive through the whole thing. She helped me feel less humiliated than I otherwise would have, and was patient and kind about the whole thing. And I have a very pretty nose stud! Thanks, Morgan!

Forty minutes of waiting, the artist finally comes to acknowledge me and tells me it'll be at least another hour, maybe two. (You can leave if you want or wait.) again, very disinterested. I've Now booked the tattoo 40 minutes away with an artist that actually seems to want the work. I would not recommend this place, at all. *I do have names of each person I spoke with, however, I'm not going to sit and name drop; if you like this place, good for you.*

The forms I was required to fill out before my consult were quite alarming, they wanted my drivers license, social security number, where I went to college, where I work, the names of my kids and also a lot of unnecessary information on my spouse, I left many of the questions blank. As a nurse myself, I know this isn't typical of a medical practice to ask these types of questions. I was honestly a little concerned for identity theft. Their website quotes tattoo removal at $100-300 per session depending on size. My tattoo was very very small so I expected it to be closer to the $100 range but I was told it was a minimum charge of $300 regardless of how small it was. Somehow I was charged $320 for one laser treatment on a tattoo that's less than a half inch long, this price included the $100 first time patient promo. So I guess full price would've been $420 for a treatment? This didn't line up with what I had seen online and also seemed to be a lot higher than other businesses. I called back after seeing my final credit card charges in hopes someone could explain exactly what the charges were, the receptionist was very nice but unable to decipher the charges. She told me the office manager would call me back to explain the charges to me... she never did. Overall, the doctor seemed knowledgeable but the business was just shady.
