Then my treatments were transferred over to Removery when they shut down and this place opened up. I never had a good experience, but didn't have other options anymore. I started removal on my back in 2023 and only had a couple sessions. Ended up not being able to do full removal as paid for since I could not get an appointment for MONTHS. So I ended up covering it up instead. Unable to get a refund or anything even though this place was always cancelling appointments. Tried calling for a long time to speak with someone but never got to in 2024 with my work schedule, but now finally got to speak to someone and they refuse. They're counting ALL appointments I had on my other tattoos started at the old place as appointments with them on my back piece saying I received all the treatments. Which I had not otherwise I would not have an entire new huge piece covering the old. Either that or they counted canceled appointments? That were never able to be rescheduled since they always cancelled them. I got tired of having a weird looking kinda falling out ink piece in the center of my back. I would NEVER go here again and since have just covered the rest of my old pieces. The lady on the phone, Kinsley, insanely rude as well. Wow I have never written a negative review, but with how much this place charges and how poor their services are it feels necessary to.

Sara created 3 alternatives and was open to changes so I was happy with the very detailed design. Upon my arrival, Sara greeted me promptly and warmly. She took the necessary time resizing the stencil for proper fit and placement in the area. Music was on during the entire tattooing process, which I loved and provided distraction. Sara is extremely personable, upbeat, and kind. We took a couple of breaks over the approximately two hours' tattooing, which afforded me time to hydrate. Sara made sure I was as comfortable as possible while she worked, and our conversation was enjoyable. At my request, she took a couple photos with my phone when the tattoo was complete. I was blown away by the finished product; it was completely worth the time and any discomfort. (For those unfamiliar, the lower back is a high pain area.) Sara is an amazingly talented, dedicated artist who is concerned with her clients' complete satisfaction with the body art for which they come to her. I am interested in additional tattoos and will definitely book again with Sara. The studio itself is very clean and has a relaxed, cool atmosphere. I've also met the owner, Mel, who has a wicked sense of humor and is an excellent artist. Parking is convenient and plentiful. I would recommend UniquInk Tattoos to everyone!

The forms I was required to fill out before my consult were quite alarming, they wanted my drivers license, social security number, where I went to college, where I work, the names of my kids and also a lot of unnecessary information on my spouse, I left many of the questions blank. As a nurse myself, I know this isn't typical of a medical practice to ask these types of questions. I was honestly a little concerned for identity theft. Their website quotes tattoo removal at $100-300 per session depending on size. My tattoo was very very small so I expected it to be closer to the $100 range but I was told it was a minimum charge of $300 regardless of how small it was. Somehow I was charged $320 for one laser treatment on a tattoo that's less than a half inch long, this price included the $100 first time patient promo. So I guess full price would've been $420 for a treatment? This didn't line up with what I had seen online and also seemed to be a lot higher than other businesses. I called back after seeing my final credit card charges in hopes someone could explain exactly what the charges were, the receptionist was very nice but unable to decipher the charges. She told me the office manager would call me back to explain the charges to me... she never did. Overall, the doctor seemed knowledgeable but the business was just shady. I never went back and definitely wouldn't recommend this place.
