I was having the hardest time finding a salon that wouldn't overdo my brows, despite my being very clear in asking. It's taken me years to get any growth out of my right one specifically. I went 5 days before my wedding - plenty of time to let weirdness die down before the big day. Masks were required, they enforced social distancing & the technicians were cleaning & sanitizing at every step. Their customer service was very good and my brows turned out better than they've ever been. Plenty of hair still in place to help shape new growth, no redness and my makeup artist even said how nice & clean they were! Pictures came out great and I've found my new "home salon!" I of course told her that I know she only has so much time, if she's not able to I understand. (I am by no means expecting to walk out with a full set.) After I asked nova, she responded very rudely and said "Well considering you have literally no retention, that's not possible." I could tell she was annoyed I even asked that question. Even if it's "not possible", for your customers sake please say "I only have a limited amount of time with you, but I will try my best to give you what you want during this time". Not to mention she was able to do it! I got attitude and a hybrid set!! Putting that situation behind me, I decide to recently book for a eyebrow tent + lamination. Whenever you book, you pay $20 incase you don't show, this will be deducted from your apt. Cost. An hour before my appointment I get a text, Maya is stating she doesn't feel well and to please reschedule. Ok.... But what about my $20 that you took so I didn't cancel, but you cancelled on me? not to mention when I texted back asking when she could get me in, there's no response. At first, I was hesitant to get lashes done when I first moved to Cincinnati/Northern KY area because I didn't know who to trust but I'm glad I found this place. First starting off with how clean and elegant the studio is. The environment is calming and soothing. Appointments are easy to book and reasonably priced for the quality they provide. I've had my lashes done by almost every girl in the studio and every time has exceeded expectations. They produce consistent results and do a good job of providing a set of lashes that fits your face and doesn't weigh your eyes down. They don't cut corners, they do the right thing when it comes to recommendations about fills and sizes of lashes and keep your natural lashes safe that way. Finally, everyone is so kind. However, I was born with light blonde brows, and had been filling them in every day for owever many years. With a job that requires me to look presentable and "fresh faced" at the drop of a hat, I looked into getting my brows done as a way to always look presentable-- even if there was nothing else on my face. Boy, oh boy did Steph deliver! The website and booking process is so easy to use, and I was blown away by her thorough website and instagram-- so many pictures and so many details!
