Booking was easy, you can do so either via phone or the link on their website. I selected a 90-minute Swedish massage--50-60 minutes is when you finally start to relax, so 90 minutes brings it all to fruition! Their prices are competitive and the quality surpassed the cost. My masseuse was Jeanette and I even returned during my next trip to make sure she worked with me again. The ambiance is fitting of a high-end spa. Parking is easy and the venue is close enough to I-87 to make it a worthy trip. If you live in the area, or are just passing through, be sure to make an appointment and zen away your day!

I tore my hamstring and it's been a constant battle for the past decade. Run, tweak, rest, run a little slower, tweak, rest. Run a lot slower, and yup, tweak again, and then just sit around feeling sorry for yourself for getting old. Next thing you know, you can't break a 10 minute mile without fear of tweaking again. That's like a fast walk! So I spent a total of 15 minutes being stretched and poked a little. Not sure what happened really. Went downstairs and jogged for about two minutes and I felt fine. I asked how many more treatments I'd need. "Zero, I hope. You should be good to go." So I'm a week out and it's winter here so managed a couple treadmill sessions at the local Y. Didn't want to be greedy, but did some interval training at 8:30 pace and NADA. No tightness. No twinge. Nothing. Pain FREE! It's like voodoo magic. Will try to work my way up, but it's literally the most too good to be true, but it really is true moment I've experienced in a long time! The massage felt rushed and superficial, massages my arms for maybe 1 min each total. 2. The deal was for 90 min and I got a 60 min massage (she didn't set a timer or anything as they usually do so you know you got your money's worth). 3. The facial... wasn't a facial. She barely cleaned my face with paper towels and water from idk where, she used a couple creams and then put a mask on my face and left me in the room for like 30min waiting. She then peeled it off and left mask residue all over my neck and ears. I'm not sure if this was all bc I used a groupon deal, but even that money seems like a waste. I honestly wouldn't go back here. Update: called groupon and told them my experience and they gave me a full refund (likely bc others have also complained). Props to Groupon for the customer support.
