He was so patient and I first told him what I wanted done which was only my outlets updated and a light fixture installed, the vision I had for my place and then we went room by room and discussed ideas to keep the vision throughout my place. He then was able to help me get me a price that was reasonable and fit within my budget. He was able to get the job done all in one day and in the same week of reaching out to him. I was kept in the loop through out the process and if any problems occurred. So great and loved being so involved in every step of the way! I am so excited to hire him again to have him help me update the rest of my place!

This was not a good experience…read more Giving 3 stars because the electrician who actually came out and did the work was really nice and I could tell he worked hard. Scott also realized I might write a review and sent back $100, but the principle of deceit and overcharging does not change. Scott, unlike the electrician he contracted to do the work, was not nice to work with. He quoted me $220 for each outlet to be installed in our home. I asked for confirmation it would still be $220 because when they came out to quote they mentioned it would be difficult, he told me it would stay the same. It was a difficult job, that I can understand, Scott then proceeded to message me the next morning informing me the price had changed to $340. WHAT? I understand that quotes change but not by 50% without prior approval. He then proceeded to try to claim my fiancé approved it (NOPE!!) and then tried to guilt me that most people would be ok with paying it, knowing it was difficult. I'm not trying to be mean, I want to pay people for their work, but I also asked him for an itemized quote for labor and materials and he was unable to provide it... because he probably knew his initial charge was way more even than than a reasonable hourly rate. Honestly, the worst tradesmen business I've worked with. I waited 1.5 weeks to write this because I wanted to make sure I wasn't just hurt. But can confirm this would be the LAST electrician I would ever recommend to someone.

Businesses can sometimes grow out of the phase of being a home town business, but PC Handyman services not only has a strong team, solid equipment, great service (I mean stellar) but they also care about their community even at their size. They offered to send one of their team members to help my family while I'm dealing with health issues and my partner has a broken leg. We are going to pay for the future service but the fact that they sent someone even though they don't know us meant so much. It was such a generous and act of goodwill I'll never forget. NEVER

Dave at Tri City came out to do an onsite walk around, suggested a system that was not only cost effective, but also the right fit for me. I was convinced that he was going to suggest a sensor on every window, which would have cost a lot, instead he suggested a system that was a little smaller, more cost effective, and not too big for me. It was around what I expected to pay: $500. He did not try to over sell me with equipment and services I did not need. No cameras, no uber high end pricey equipment. He told me what he thought I needed, gave me a few options, and then let me make my decision. When his tech, Jim, came out to install he was courteous and respectful of my time. He had every component he needed for my install, made good use of his time, and was able to install everything in less time that I was told. He even came back out when the cable company made a change to my phone service and reconfigured my alarm. Here is the thing about alarm systems, though. There are so many local places who will give you the equipment for free and then charge an outrageous monitoring fee and lock you into a contract; worse than cell phone contracts if you ask me. I paid for my equipment, my monitoring fee is very reasonable, the service is great, and the monitoring is done locally. I loved my experience with Tri City and am sure I will be with my alarm company for many many years. I feel safe and secure in my home ... alone ... with no one to love me. But that is a review for another time and venue! Call Dave, he'll take care of you.
