It is the definition of a small business --- the owner, Allison, is there every day behind the counter which I love. She is not only knowledgeable from first-hand experience (with both her kids) but she does a lot of research on "natural" baby toys, materials and such so her store has a great variety of products (not just cloth diapers!). I have bought not only a good selection of diapers, but clothing, tea, toys and wool dryer balls here. She also seems to take pride in being a part of the community and offers free cloth diaper classes and posts a lot of local info on her Facebook page. She is great about answering any question you may have... which as a first time mom, I really appreciate! She sells many handmade things (which I love!) to include jewelry, clothing, and toys.... she also has these graham crackers from a local vendor @ the register -- YUM! While I find the name of this store really hard to pronounce and generally just refer to it as the diaper store, it's a great place to stop in if you are walking around in the center of Troy. BEWARE spending your hard earned money at Kohl's. After many…read moreyears of faithful shopping there, this just occurred. Looking for a new place to spend all of our gift purchases., Wow, just wow. We do Xmas up big in my family, very big. For the last several years at least 98% of our Xmas for 7 people plus have all come from Kohl's. THAT ENDS HERE 2 days after Xmas, my daughter from DC attempted to return 2 shirts in your store with receipts for a gift card, which she intended to spend that day. Imagine her shock at being told that she couldn't. After asking for the manager, who l'm told was nice but not helpful, she was told that her only option was to issue a credit back to my Kohl's charge, which we paid off as we went, by the way, here's the kicker, even with her receipts, they would only offer to issue the credit for less than half the amount I had paid. They claimed they had to treat it as a return that had no receipt, even though the receipt was in their hands. So they wanted to issue a credit for 20. on a paid off account for shirts I'd paid over 40 for. Veither shirt was on clearance by the way, not that that should even matter, we had receipts This is beyond insane. Totally unacceptable Besides my family, I've already discussed this with 3 friends and will be writing extremely negative reviews on every public platform that I am part of How dare Kohl's pull a stunt like this.I guess they see no value in a good customer. #kohls

We both found what we were looking for quickly. Unfortunately, there was a long line at checkout. And only about 1/2 the registers were open. (Maybe move up clerks during busy times?) Anyway, because of the quality and the diversity of goods that they sell, I'm sure I'll be back.
