The owner is fun and knowledgeable and has great tastes in many things. Single-origin dark chocolates, raw and vegan goodies including food and cosmetic products, soaps made by Japanese Rastafarians (I know!), scarves and sarongs made from recycled saris, olive oils from the deserts of the middle east, wine perfumed candles, beautifully made glassware made from recycled glass, just to name a few. It's one of those places where you feel good shopping at, know where your things are made, and know that the workers were treated fairly and that the products were made without the use of any indentured servants or slaves (which unfortunately exists more often than we think). The best thing is that the prices are great! I am so used to going to such fair-trade, sustainable, eco/green stores in bigger cities such as Chicago and San Francisco and the prices being marked up too high, but at this place, I could actually afford things I liked without breaking the bank. She also participates in First Friday events and I think from what I remember, there will be wine tasting happening sometime soon.

There was so much sentimental value because of the time it was made the people who came out make it. It was definitely one big family effort and it was a gorgeous frame and Chelsea went in on her own time and managed to fix it and make it. It's almost perfect. I was so touched that she spent all of her free time and energy trying to fix this frame to make it look good for me to have. The OTHER employee was something else. Our sales person was named Ashlee. We could hear her hollerin from the desk all the way from the other side of the store! She was dressed in a slutty outfit and we thought she was another customer until she introduced herself! I wish ladies these days would dress with some respect for themself specially if your at work. We ended up going to another store in Dayton. We liked the couch they showed us but we just couldn't deal with seeing all that we saw on this sales lady everytime she checked a price tag.
